"It's not so important who starts the game, but who finishes it." - John Wooden

Spencer and I arrived at the BAU and saw JJ entering the bullpen. "Good morning, JJ." I greeted her with a grin.

"Hey guys!" She looked distraught.

"Are you okay?" I asked cautiously.

She nodded. "Yeah. Let's just go to the conference room." She walked away and Spencer looked at me.

"Did something happened?" He asked with a worried expression. He and JJ were really close.

"I think we're about to find out." I said as we reached the conference room.

JJ stood in front of the screen, as usual. "Polly Homefeldt, Kelly Seymour and Brooke Chambers went missing last night during a football game in North Mammon, Pennsylvania."

"Is this even a BAU case?" Morgan asked nonchalantly.

Hotch stepped in. "Morgan is right. Did the local police invite us in?"

"No, but Polly's mother came here after the police dismissed the case." JJ explained.

I looked at the screen. "What makes you think they're missing?" I asked softly.

"Polly got into Penn State with a soccer scholarship and she wouldn't jeopardize it by going on a roadtrip this time of year." She seemed certain.

"Maybe it was a spur of the moment decision." Spencer suggested.

JJ sighed. "It doesn't fit their personalities." She defended. "Look, I was one of these girls and I would never leave my hometown knowing my entire future was on the line." Her blue eyes shone bright. "They left identical messages to their parents."

I went through the messages. "These look rehearsed. Like they were reading it."

"Exactly." JJ agreed.

Gideon looked at JJ. "We should take a look. Profile the girls and make sure it doesn't fit the pattern."

Hotch looked at all of us. "Alright. Wheels up in 30."

We arrived at the small town and I noticed the police was not happy to see us. They never are. JJ went straight to the girls' parents and I could tell this case was important to her.

Hotch gathered us in the small room. "Garcia is collecting information about everyone who were close to the girls. These people know the man who took them."

"It's a small town. Everyone knows each other. Most of them probably lived here their whole lives." I stated while glancing outside.

"Porter, you and Morgan are going to Brooke Chambers' house." Hotch demanded and we nodded. I barely got to work with Morgan.

Morgan and I arrived at the Chambers' residence where the girls were last seen. "There's a pizza box on the coffee table." I noted.

"They were ready to have a slumber party." Morgan stated. "Speaking of a slumber party... You and Pretty Boy seem closer than ever." He smirked.

"Boundaries, Morgan." I shook my head.

He chuckled. "I'm just sayin'... You and Reid look good together."

I smiled before turning my focus on the case. "The girls didn't go to the football game, despite being one of the most important event of the season."
