"Crime butchers innocence to secure a prize, and innocence struggles with all its might against the attempts of crime." - Robespierre

Spencer was looking at me with furrowed eyebrows. He was clearly upset and it just made me laugh even more. I loved messing with him. "This is not over." He said while putting the controller on the coffee table.

"Dude, you lost six times!" My brother said with an amused expression. "It's over for me."

I patted Spencer's back and gave him a tight smile. "Let it go, Spence!" I chuckled. "My brother will always beat us at videogames."

"But he has years of practice." Spencer complained.

"That's exactly my point." I grabbed his arm. "Matt is just better at it than we are. I lost to him three times."

"Until you quit." Matt grinned and I glared at him. "CeCe, I call it like I see it." He grabbed his backpack. "Now I gotta go. My professor is a bitch and hates when we arrive late." He kissed on the cheek and saluted Spencer. "Next time I'll go easy on you, Doc." He winked and left my apartment.

Spencer sat down. "Did he just make fun of me?"

I sat next to him. "I think he made fun of us."

"Do you ever worry we're becoming obsolete?" He asked with a concerned expression.

I laughed at him. "Spence, we're in our 20s. Besides, we're both geniuses." I sighed. "We will never be obsolete." He smiled and we sat there in silence. It felt comfortable.

I arrived at the BAU and Hotch looked even more uptight than usual. "I need everyone in the conference room."

Spencer leaned in and whispered. "Something definitely happened." I nodded and we entered the room.

"Homeland Security called us to assess a bombing that occurred in Seattle this morning." Hotch explained.

"They suspect a terrorist attack?" Morgan asked.

"It's possible." Hotch replied. "The bomb was planted on a bus. It was a very public setting and the bomber called multiple networks to get attention."

"It seems like he's on a mission." I chimed in.

"Probably similar to Kaczynski who targeted universities and had a manifesto." Spencer stated.

Gideon eyed Hotch. "There was no manifesto at the scene." He said.

"We need to leave immediately." Hotch turned to JJ. "I need you to issue a statement to the press." She nodded and we followed our boss. Seattle was the first city I traveled with the BAU. It will be a trip down memory lane.

We arrived in Seattle and JJ talked to the press, claiming nobody has taken credit for the bombing. Hopefully, it will throw the unsub off guard.

Gideon, Spencer and I went to the crime scene and examined what was left of the bus. "The bomb was attached to an umbrella." I noted. "That means the unsub had to detonate the bomb outside."

"And he left the umbrella in a specific spot." Spencer added. "The only reason it didn't kill whoever was seated above the umbrella was because a woman noticed it and took it to the bus driver."

"So he had a target." I concluded.

"He possibly has a kill list." Gideon suggested. "We need to find out who was sitting here." He pointed to the place the bomb was planted.
