Lisa, Bambam, Jackson and Rosé, sat together in Lisa's — or Alice's — room."So we can't hack the phone without deleting all the contents?",
Rosie asked after Bambam had been surfing on the Internet for half an hour, reading about all the possibilities to crack the code.
Jackson answered in his place."Not with our skills, no. We could have a hacker on the Darknet -"
"We certainly won't do that."
Rosé said sternly, before her gaze softened.
"Sorry. I just mean... Darknet? No thanks. I think we have enough problems already."
Jackson just shrugged, while Bambam eyed Rosé thoughtfully.
"What about your father? He's a lawyer, isn't he? I'm sure there's a way to hack phones for evidence or something..."
Rosé shook her head.
"There's no way I'm bringing my parents into this, forget it. Lisa?"
Lisa finally looked up from her own phone, smiling wryly. She hadn't said a word for the last half hour.
"We have the phone. We can go to the police!"
Rosé suggested with a lopsided smile.
Lisa shook her head."I still think we need more evidence. I mean, we'd be giving the police a stolen phone, wouldn't we? I don't know if that's such a good idea."
The four of them were silent for a few
seconds until Rosé sighed."I feel like I'm in one of those silly kid's detective movies...",
she whined, but then nodded.
"Well Go to the police as soon as we have enough evidence to keep those idiots away from Jennie at all costs. Not a second later."
Lisa nodded dutifully, and Jackson and Bambam agreed.
"What do we do with the phone now?"
Bambam finally asked.
Lisa stared at the phone lying between them and tilted her head thoughtfully."Just numbers, right?"
Jackson nodded, and everyone present watched in silence as Lisa repeatedly tried to enter a password.

She didn't dare try new passwords for fear of locking the phone. Jackson shook his head.
"We tried the default passwords. It sucks that we don't have any clues, but at least we can get it down to four digits..."
"What if we can somehow get his fingerprint?"
Bambam asked thoughtfully.
Lisa laughed."What? How do you think we do that? Should we kidnap him and tie him up?"
"We can chop off his fingers."
Rosé suggested dryly, and was immediately stared at in bewilderment by three pairs of eyes.
"What? He took pictures of Soojin, up her skirt, and sent her all that disgusting shit. And he took pictures of Jennie. I'm sure he doesn't need his fingers anymore."
None of the others dared to contradict her. Rosé, who was normally a pacifist, was not afraid of violence? It's always the ones who look the most innocent.
Bambam shuddered.
"Chopping off fingers is okay, but you draw the line at the Darknet?"
"Please remind me never to provoke you..."
