*just finished reading the exit. sobbing, anyways. i'd like to acknowledge that i give almost all credits for this book to mareyn. the exit inspired me to write this. and now it's over.*
lily was laying on her bed when glenn walked in with a note in his hand.
"hey kiddo. this is from daryl." glenn said handing her the letter. "thanks glenn." lilia replied.
"are you okay?" glenn asked. "i'm fine." lilia replied leaning back.
"we all know what that mean." glenn said suspicious. "yeah, maybe i'm not fine. people hate me because my friend tried to kill herself and told her mom it was peer pressure. dad is in love with her mom. it's so stupid."
"read the letter. no one hates you."
lilia,
i'm sorry i've treated you so badly. you mean so much to me. i love you more then the world itself. i don't hate you. your the best daughter i could ever ask for. don't change for anything.

she flipped the paper over.

i'm sorry that i'm a horrible friend i never meant to hurt you. times have been hard for us all and i never meant to make them harder, i just want to be your friend and give you happiness. you helped me when we saw my dad died. you helped me through it all. and i hope i can help you too.

a few tears left lilias eyes. everyone cared. they really cared, glenn hugged her tight before walking out the door. lily followed him. they talked as they strolled through alexandria. they began to hear a truck horn. lily ran as fast as she could towards the sound.
she saw spencer shooting at a big truck, lily stopped in her tracks. she ran to a room in carls house and grabbed the gun she was hiding in the vent. it was pretty big, while she was waiting to kill anyone who came in, enid walked in to say goodbye to carl, but she couldn't leave until this was over. so they all sat with their guns ready to shoot at anyone who came in. when someone walked in lily grabbed them by the neck and put them on the ground.
carl then stabbed him. nothing else happened to them after that and from what she could see nothing had happened really at all. daryl wasn't back and neither was anyone else. it was just them.
lily went to her room and went to bed
