I awoke the next morning in the same position I went to sleep in, me spooning Leah from behind. I could feel her starting to stir as I kissed the back of her neck.
"Morning", she rasped out as she turned around.
"Your morning voice is so sexy", I said biting my lip as my finger traced her cheekbone.
"Stop trying to seduce me, we have to talk to the kid remember?", she giggled as I sighed. We both got out of bed and changed and I went to see if Ava was awake whilst Leah went to make breakfast.
I lightly knocked on her door and I heard a faint come in as I walked inside.
"Leah's making breakfast, do you want to come down so we can talk?", I said as she just nodded and followed me out of the room.
Leah finished making breakfast and we all ate in silence until we were finished. I washed up all the plates and we all walked in to sit in the living room.
"Can I say something first?", Ava spoke quietly as me and Leah looked at each other.
"Sure sweetheart", Leah said as Ava took a breath.
"I'm sorry for sneaking out. I didn't want to seem lame and my friends were going. I was pissed that you wouldn't let me go and I didn't think. When I got there, I had a few drinks and I was having a good time. I felt bad that I had snuck out though so I went outside to get service and the first contact I seen was Katie's. That guy followed me and it first he seemed sweet, but then he started saying things that made me uncomfortable so I sent the pin of my location to Katie. Me and the guy spoke for a while until I tried to go back inside but he wouldn't let me", Ava finished with a sob as I moved to sit beside her and pulled her into me.
I looked over to Leah and she was struggling to keep it together and so was I.
"It's okay Ava, you're okay", I whispered running my fingers through her hair as Leah sat on the other side of her.
"I'm so sorry", she sobbed again as I let Leah pull Ava into her arms.
"You have nothing to be sorry for Ava", Leah said softly as Ava cuddled into her.
"How about we stay in tonight and have a movie night?", I asked softly as Ava nodded.
"I'd like that, could we invite some of the girls over too. It would be nice to see them", she said shyly as I stroked her cheek.
"Of course, I'll ask them", I said softly as I walked into the kitchen to text the girls. Em, Lia, Katie, Beth, Viv, Steph, and Alessia all said they could come over.
"Most of the girls are coming over, you sure you want them to come?", I asked Ava as I walked back into the living room. She had stopped crying and was in conversation with Leah.
"Yeah, it'll be a good distraction", she said smiling as I nodded. "I'm gonna go shower", she continued as her and Leah stood up. Ava went to walk away before she pulled both me and Leah into a hug.
"Thank you", she whispered before she walked upstairs.
"She's grounded though right?", Leah asked as I let out a small laugh.
"Oh yeah", I giggled as we sat down. Leah lifted out her laptop as we decided to plan some more of the wedding. We decided on a colour theme of sage green and white, the colour of the bridesmaid dresses and other details. We had already sorted the venue a while back to make sure we got it. We had already sent out the invites too. We didn't want a big wedding, we invited the Arsenal girls and staff, as well as the England girls and staff, and of course other close friends and our families.
"And done", Leah said closing the laptop as I snuggled into her side.
"Since Em, Beth, Katie, Less, and Steph are all going to be here later, I might use this to ask them about being my maid of honour and bridesmaids", I said as Leah nodded.
"That's a good idea, I've already asked Alex to be my maid of honour, and I FaceTimed Kei and G and asked them to be my bridesmaids, so I'll talk to Lia and Viv later too", Leah said kissing my head.

All the girls had just arrived and I pulled Em to the side so I could talk to her.
"What's up?", she asked concerned.
"It's nothing bad, don't worry", I said quickly noticing the look on her face as she gestured for me to continue.
"I wanted to ask you something", I started and I seen a smirk grace her face. She knows what I'm going to ask her.
"Ask then", she smirked as I rolled my eyes.
"Will you be my maid of honour?", I asked her, honestly there's no one else I'd rather have up there beside me.
"I'd be honoured Y/N/N. I'm so so proud of you. After everything you've been through, there's no one else more deserving of a happy ending other than you 2", she said as her eyes teared up, as did mine.
"You're gonna make me cry Em", I laughed throw a cry as we both hugged each other.
"I love you", I mumbled into her shoulder.
"I love you too", she replied as we pulled away.
"No more soppy shit", Em said laughing as I shook my head.
"Maybe a bit more soppy stuff, need to ask the bridesmaids", I said as I called Beth, Katie, Alessia and Steph into the kitchen.
"I'll leave you to it", Em said walking back into the living room.
"Everything okay?", Less asked as the 4 of them stood opposite me.
"Yeah it's fine I-uhm, need to ask you something", I said nervously. Why the fuck am I nervous?
"What's up Y/N/N?", Steph asked before I continued.
"These last few years you guys have been like family to me. I've appreciated everything you've done for me and honestly you've all helped me more than you know"
"Are you trying to make us cry Y/N/N?", Katie joked as she rubbed at her eyes.
"Sorry, what I'm trying to say is, I'd love for you 4 to be standing beside me when me and Leah get married, so will you be my bridesmaids?", I finished smiling as they started to jump about and squeal.
"Of course we will!", Katie squealed as she jumped into my arms. The other 3 joined the hug as I sighed in content.
"Let's go join the rest of the girls then", I said smiling happily as we walked back into the living room. Ava was sat chatting away to Viv as the rest of the girls walked over to and sat down. My eyes instantly met Leah's as we both had beaming smiles on our faces.
