Thanator

"Neteyam," I asked into the mic.

"We need help," he said and I could hear all the war in the back going on.

"Where are you?" I asked standing and calling iris.

I got no response and got even more worried. I hopped on iris.

"Where are you going?" Del'mak asked me.

"I have to go and find my family, you stay and fight around here, the animals will help," I said to her.

Del'mak nodded at me and I took off on Iris. I started to fly through the trees trying to listen for fighting. Oh Neteyam please stay safe I thought to myself...

I couldn't hear anything distinct like it was on the mic and I started to get worried even more. I could feel something, an animal close to me that was strong.

I felt like I was being followed so I perked up my ears and heard something behind me.

I was being chased by one of the sky people in Navi form on a Ikran.

I flew faster into the woods trying to get free. I kept going until iris was shot by one of those stun things.

I felt her quickly go tired so I disconnected us as we started to decline onto the forests ground. We fell through the limbs not as graceful as one would hope.

We hit the ground hard and iris was stuck on top of one of my legs and one of my arms. I tried to push her off as the human Navi was coming down and landing near us.

I knew he wouldn't kill me because they want to run experiments on me.

I kept on trying to push iris off. I got my arm free and hissed at him as he stepped off his Ikran. I still had so much fight in me I was just trapped. I hissed again at him and he smiled.

"Y/n! Where are you?" Lo'ak asked into the mic.

"I'm trapped," I said "so I'm a little preoccupied but I'll be there,"

"Are you okay?" Jake asked.

"I'm splendid," I said annoyed leaving it at that.

"Too bad that will be the last time any of them hear your voice," the Navi said.

I just hissed at what he said. I could feel a connection coming closer to me at a fast rate. It was a powerful animal running towards us. I was still trying to free my leg.

Suddenly the connection was here with us bursting through the trees. It was a Thanator.

I jumped onto the human Navi and clawed at his chest. Before the Navi could pick up his gun the Thanator bit his arm and ripped it off.

As it was doing that I got myself free from iris and stood up cautiously.

The Thanator clawed and bit the Navi more killing it. His Ikran tried to step in to protect his owner but the Thanator hissed and clawed at it scaring him away.

I didn't feel so threatened by this animal and walked to it after it killed the Navi. I smiled at it and all its might. I knew this animal was dangerous and not known for being ridden.

It was exactly what I needed.

I hopped on its back and connected our queues. I felt its raw strength and darted off into the woods much faster and smoother than I could with iris.

I heard the commotion from my family trying to fight. They were all together.

Running through the trees into the little opening where the fighting was happening I jumped in with Thanator. I checked an arrow and released it into a human as Thanator bit and shook a human Navi.

I saw the Sully's starring at me as I came through the woods in awe.

I threw my knife at a human Navi and hit them right in the chest dropping them and checked another arrow. Thanator jumped so I could shoot one of the men in the machines.

I had thanator run into the woods so I can do another surprise attack. I ran far enough they couldn't see me coming from behind.

As I lined up with hitting them from behind I jumped over part of hoard of people attacking us and shot three separate arrows killed each of them.

Thanator landed roughly in the middle of the crowd and started tearing them to shreds. As he did that, I grabbed the gun I had slung around my body.

It's not my first choice of weapon since I barely know how to use it but it helps with taking the majority down rather than my bow.

I started shooting from the inside of the circle out. We are definitely out numbered here but we have eywa on our side.

The target slowly started to become me which is what I was hoping for to give the Sully's a way out.

I kept shooting and taking people down until the gun jammed and stopped firing. I dropped the gun and ran out of the circle still seeing the Sully's. All four of them still standing there fighting away.

I ran back into the woods feeling pain in my leg so I stopped to check it out. I know they're still fighting but I did most of the damage control with the gun.

I had been shot in my leg but once again luck had it my way and it was only a graze through the back.

As I looked I saw Thanator have a wound on his leg as well. It didn't seem to bother him but I knew if I took him back in there he'd get hurt worse.

I disconnected from him and hopped off walking to the front, I put my hand on his face and neck.

"Go, we've got this," I said to him.

He looked at me like he understood and ran off into the woods where he'd be needed somewhere without dying hopefully.

I took a breath and made my way back to the circle barely feeling my leg with all the adrenaline. I heard the fighting stop quickly.

"Ohhhh y/n," Quaritch said into the mic.
