Day 85/44

Dear Dylan,

Hogwarts is more or less good as new now. Or good as a thousand years old. I've never dusted so much in my life - I feel like a house-elf. I've also never appreciated Winnie so much in my life.

I'm not saying I enjoyed it (I didn't) but I'm a bit sad it's over, because no more community service means no more leaving the house. Now, the real house arrest begins.

Good thing Nadir is buying me all sorts of box sets. I'm waiting for series 3 of Sabrina to come on cassette so next up is another American show called Friends which has 4 whole series. I think it's funny but I don't understand a lot of the jokes and sometimes when a new character shows up the audience cheers and I don't know why. They must be famous Muggles. I still like it a lot though. I feel like they're my friends. I like Phoebe as she reminds me of Luna but my favourite character is probably Rachel. I think she's relatable as the rest of them have their lives somewhat together and she's clueless, at least in season 1. I feel like that too.

(̶A̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶I̶ ̶f̶a̶n̶c̶y̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶.̶)̶

One thing about my community service ending is that I will miss visiting you every day. I always ate my lunch by your grave. Sometimes Draco sat with me and sometimes he didn't.

George has finally started up the shop again and Ron's helping him out until term starts. I forgot to mention it but since your funeral, George started coming to visit with Molly every Saturday morning, which is nice. Next week they're going to bring Teddy Lupin, who's Remus and Tonks's baby. He's 3 months old now and a Metamorphmagus. He spends a lot of time with the Weasleys and Harry since Harry's his godfather, but Andromeda Tonks is his grandmother so he stays with her. I don't know if they need to bring him or if they think seeing a baby will make me feel better (because it probably won't. Especially if he makes a mess or cries. I'd prefer it if they brought a kitten. Or even a gnome).

Tomorrow, Willow and Olivia are going with Nadir, Amanda, and Willow's mum to the Canaries for a holiday. Apparently all the holidaymakers go there. I wish I could go with them.

Oh well. Luna and I will get some bonding in. Maybe she'll watch Friends with me and we'll cry about missing our girlfriends.

I think I'm on my way to being on the up again. I don't have headaches so often nor do I get so angry so easily. I haven't felt randomly dizzy in a while and I've been sleeping quite well. I've also put on weight, probably because I sit watching the telly all day (to be fair I do go on three walks a day around the unnecessarily massive estate - thank Gods for Pureblood ostentatiousness) and I eat lots of ice cream. Willow says I don't look malnourished anymore so that's nice.

I've also started learning how to knit so maybe Hermione and I can knit together when she gets back. As fun as watching the telly is, my attention span is still quite bad, so I knit while I watch to not get fidgety. It also calms me down when I'm feeling anxious and/or depressed which is a lot ha-ha.

Anyway.

Remember last week Hermione thought she had a breakthrough? Well, she didn't. She's still in Hobart. Yesterday, she wrote that she and Ginny went on a walk and they were surprise attacked by drop bears and it felt like she was in the war again. I told you, Hermione probably has PTDS too, but she doesn't take any potions for it or go to therapy like me. I think I'll ask Tabitha if she'll see her when Hermione gets back, or maybe she could refer her to a colleague. I want Hermione to be ok. I miss her. It gets lonely in this house. When I was lonely as a child I'd run to your bedroom, or Lloyd's.

Can't do that anymore, can I?

I miss him. And I miss you. And her. And Mother. I may be on the up (or on my way to being on the up) but I'm worried about them more or less all the time. I'll have wrinkles by the time term starts. Maybe even grey hair.

Song of the week is Deeper Underground by Jamiroquai.

Love, Robyn

P.S., thus far, Bazza has tried to convince Hermione and Ginny to do the following:

- Kangaroo sparring

- Emu jousting

- Wombat wrangling

- Drop bear catching (they can tick that one off)

- Tasmanian Devil droving

- Spider stomping

- Shark swimming

- Koala cuddling

- Crocodile suicide

My initial impression was wrong. He sounds a lark.
