—Author's POV
The blond opened his eyes staring at his wall blankly.
He could hear the knocking.
He stare front of himself unsure if the sound is real or not.
He would bet his life on it that he was deeply asleep a second ago but even then the sound of something hard making impact with the front door of his home resonated and echoed in the mostly empty house.
A constant noise.
As if it never left but as if it's never there, he just wasn't too sure of it.He turn around and shove his blanket off of his body in the dimly lit room.
He sat on the edge of his bed.
His mind so drain that it couldn't keep up with his body and what is happening.
Bakugo just moved his body over to the door, he was thinking about who could it be, but he knew...
He knew deep in his heart that he is going to blow up whoever extra that dare to come over to his home and woke him only to remind him that the person he loves had completely forgot him.
He was going to murder them.
He didn't wear a scowl on his face.
He is tired, too tired and he want's to go back to his bed to sleep, so his brain would be numbed away.Allowing the veil of dreams to make him forget about his own pathetic being, which goes to the point to where even his love forgot him.
How pathetic one can be that even their love forgets them?
He stroll down the staircase, one leg after another.
But he missed the last step...
Luckly he didn't fall, he manage to hold his own weight up and his heart calmed down after a second or two, then he continued towards the entrance way.
His parents had their own key to the door so it made little to no sense why they would knock, right?
They could just call him if it was necessary.
Then again his mother did not know he had stayed home, she would have only screamed at him then made him go to school.
But before he would leave she would...
Threat the living hell out of him, which would result in him yelling right back at her. That's just how it was, how it is.
But he never questioned whether or not his mother love him.
She is loud and she is quick on her feet to start yelling, so is he, unlike his father who reminded him more of a rabbit than a man.
His mother being the wolf that cornered the fearful rabbit and forced him to marry her.
That was the best idea he could think of when he would watch his mother yell about nothing important in particular while his father would just subtly nod along whatever line she would yell.
One heck of a weird family they have, but that's how everyone's family is, right?
Well, Bakugo never give a flying fly about other extras life, so that's where this whole thing of him thinking about how his family works ended for him.
The blond twist the key in the whole with his right hand while the other rest in the pocket of his black sweatpants.
It already begin sweating in his pocket as he thought about how he is just straight going to blow who ever stood on the other side of the door up.
He push down the handle and pulled the door towards himself.
The breeze seep in from outside, managing to sneak under his black long sleeved T shirt, and as he fully pulled the door open...
His eyes widen.
His breath got caught in his throat.
His other hand froze on the handle as he stare up.
His hand dry.
His lips part just staring up at him.
His heart fasten it's pace, rapidly getting faster beating against his ribcage as if it's planning to fly away or would like more space for a tango.
Bakugo felt like his body is resonating from the inside.
His mind cleared in an instant and the tiredness that veil his mind was blown away by the whirlwind.
But something ache in him as he stare up at him.
As he stare into his eyes, those emerald green ones, Bakugo could tell...
His heart cold, frostbitten.
And his eyes...
They held something as dark as obsidian...
