Ch.103

She ran and ran, more as a human not wanting any weirdness to come up and cause trouble to the greenette, but she did ran a tad bit faster than she could as a human.

Running by the trees and past others she look around frantically with her scarf waving around behind her back.

"Eeek!" She suddenly squeak as she was lifted off of her feet into mid air and her smile ran up to her eyes as she felt the all too familiar scent and arms.

The moment her feet could hit the ground again she was already tightly hugging the person, with her head buried in the person's body front of her.

"Were you worried?" The voice asked, the slightest bit deeper and rustier than before.

The girl did not speak but just nod with her head pressed again his body.

Her small arms tightly holding, hugging the person who's arms resting on her back, drawing reassuring circles on her over her clothes.

"Reminds me of how cold you were not long ago, asking me to put you down." The voice almost chuckled.

"Shut up..." she mumbled quietly, still holding on tight.

Holding back a laugh he said nothing, knowing how embarrassed she must feel but teasing can be quite fun.

His smile slowly fall off as he took a deeper breath.

"Is he-"

"Don't even try asking if he is okay, the answer is obvious." Kaneko cut him off as her arms loosen up and she pulled back staring up at him, meeting his dark green eyes as he stare at her with a sort of sad smile.

"Katsu misses you a lot... you should..." she mumbled looking down gripping his clothes instead of her own.

"Don't bother with that." His cold voice intervene making her grit her teeth and pull away glaring up at him.

"Kaneko don't start this." Midoriya warned as Kazuya appeared behind him.

She watch as Kazuya hand over a dark red lollipop to the greenette who took it without hesitating and suck on it.

His shoulder clearly ease up with it in his mouth and he ran a hand through his dark hair.

"Is... is that Katsu's?" The girl asked, a bit stunned.

"We have to wait and see for a little longer how well this works but, it seem to be holding him together quite well." Kazuya said as Midoriya walked past the girl patting her head and sitting down on a bench close by.

She stare after him, her stomach not feeling okay but she stay quiet and stroll over, slowly sitting down beside him on the cold bench.

"...Are you doing better?" Kaneko asked, she wanted to bring the blond up so bad but based on his reaction maybe he is still not there yet.

"Hmm, I can control myself better, but you know my thirst never leaves, though this does help with the constant taste of his blood in my mouth." Midoriya explained but his tone felt so cold like he lost the last drop of his love towards his lover.

His behaviour scare the girl quite a bit... she prefer having those sweet moments where the three of them spend time together.

She become a real softie, a real weird softie from the two of them, and so her stomach twist in pain and perhaps in fear as how Midoriya talk with Bakugo in mind... like those sweet moments all got sucked away by his bloodlust...
