"Izuku?" Kaneko quietly said after swallowing her food.
She watch as Midoriya put his book down and pay attention to her.
"Yeah?" He reply staring at her.
"Do you know why Katsuki isn't in?" She asked staring at him, knowing something is up...
He shook his shoulders.
"He is probably tired." He said and went back to his book flipping a page.
"Tired?" She asked back staring at him.
"Yeah."
"Why?" The girl push leaning forward in her chair staring at Midoriya.
"Who knows..." he mumbled a little just reading his book.
"So you don't know?" The girl asked tilting her head to the side while staring at him.
Quiet, so quiet as they sit at the library at one of the corners behind shelves filled with books.
She stare at him, as he shut his book keeping a finger at his page and he look up at the girl while leaning back in his chair staring at her with a raised brow.
He shake his head calming down himself.
"*Sigh* Chika, are you in love with Katsuki now or what?" He asked staring at her.
"Jealous much?" The girl asked the corner of her lips tugging up towards her eyes staring at Midoriya serious yet slightly annoyed expression.
"Chika."
"Oh? You're starting to show how angry you are..." the girl mumbled as she picked up a piece of apple and bite into it.
She was about to take another bite smirking staring at Midoriya when suddenly the slice of apple was gone from her hand.
She stare at Midoriya with the apple in his hand and he eat it in one bite.
She slightly glare pouting crossing her arms.
"Seriously... you're so petty..." Kaneko mumbled staring at the taller across her.
"So? What is it?" Midoriya asked staring at the girl.
"... Come on, you know I'm just curious." She replied taking her sandwich in hand.
"And don't steal this one." She added staring at him as he just chuckle quietly.
"Sure, ha but what got you curious this time around?" He asked staring at her.
"Well, simple weirdo, it's cause you're suspicious." she replied and took a bite.
They stare at one another in the quiet room.
"Really now?" He asked amused.
"Yep, you're, I don't like it when you're keeping secrets." She replied.
"Hm, but... you don't want to know." Midoriya said.
"I do! I want to know." Kaneko replied eagerly.
"Trust me, not this time around, this isn't something you would like to know or hear." The greenette said already knowing how the girl is going to react to that.
"Stop doing that!... and I remind you, you used this before and it wasn't a big deal, so stop doing this and tell me." Kaneko argue staring at the guy.
"First off, don't raise your voice too much, and Chika, I'm being serious this time, it's seriously not something-"
"I don't care, I still want to know... I know you keep secrets after secrets but you can tell me..." the girl whined.
"*Sigh* So you want to know when your b-"
*Bell rings*
