Inside the Q&A room, the juniors who aspired to go to graduate school were burying their heads and concentrating on their books.

Next to the lecture table, Tang Zhiwei, professor of mathematics at Gordon University, was staring meticulously at the questions on the draft paper, the fingers of his right hand flipping the pen back and forth. Orion, who was standing next to him, knew very well that this small action, meant that he was caught up in thought.

"...... Where did you get that question?" After staring at the arithmetic formula on the draft paper and thinking for a long time, Prof Tang suddenly asked.

"The reference book mentioned Fourier coefficients, so I went to the library, and there are several variants of the Fourier inversion theorem as well as applications of them, so I tried this derivation, and found that I couldn't solve it when I got to this point." Orion smiled shyly with a need-you-now expression.

Glanced at Orion as his eyes continued with the draft paper, putting down the pen and picking up the chalk, Prof Tang walked over to the blackboard and wrote a draft on the board. Perhaps because he had done his homework on the subject beforehand, Orion stared intently at the board, and unexpectedly found himself able to keep up with the speed of his teacher's writing.

Attracted by the swish of chalk on the board, the juniors sitting below raised their heads from time to time, staring in confusion at the equations slated on the board, and then quickly burying their heads again.

emm......, What the hell is this?

Soon, the entire blackboard was all filled with writing, Prof Tang stopped, turned back, looked at Orion and asked, "Understood this part?"

  Orion nodded, "Got it."

Prof Tang raised his eyebrows and asked, "Really?"

  Orion said, "Sure."

Without saying anything, picked up the eraser, wiped off the blackboard, and continued to write the next step, but in his heart, his evaluation of Orion dropped a bit. Prof Tang hated two kinds of students in his life, one was the student who begged him to change his marks, and the other was the one who took topics beyond the current level of learning and asked for advice in front of him in a hypocritically manner.

Especially the latter, it was purely a waste of his time! Obviously not interested in maths, but still posing as if they were very knowledgeable, disgusting! This kind of student only thinks about getting close to the teacher all day long, completely forget that what they are actually studying for?

After writing to near the end, with a few steps left, Professor Tang suddenly stopped and looked back at Orion, "I've written to this point, you should understand, right?"

Orion nodded, "Got it ...... Thanks!"

Isabel Cheung, who was sitting in the corner of the first row, had been peeking at the two men on the podium, listening to them, "Got it?" "Yes." and confused. What exactly were they talking about? Realising that she couldn't understand their conversation at all, Isabel became desperate about her maths.

Hearing Orion's reply, Tang smiled, gently placed the chalk on the lecture table, returned to his chair and sat down, and said slowly, "Really understand? Then you should write the rest of the steps instead of me, please."

"You understand shit! When I was writing, you stood there like a fool and didn't even take notes, if you can understand this, I'll eat this cup! "

Looking at Prof Tang's face, Orion realised in an instant that probably the professor didn't believe him at all! Thinking of this, Orion Crest was at a loss how to respond...
