Orion didn't realise that he had come to America and instead of spending all the money the school had granted, he had brought $10,000 back. This took him a little by surprise.

Orion, received a certificate, and a cheque from the hands of Francis Sr.

"Congratulations, Orion from the University of Gordon, your presentation was impressive, and I have heard many professors, such as Deligne and Zerberg, give you high marks for your demostration. Although you made temporary changes to the presentation, I don't think that made it any less impressive than the content itself."

"If you are willing to come to Princeton for your doctoral degree, I believe that many professors would be willing to write letters of recommendation for you, which, of course, includes myself."

Applying for a doctoral degree at Princeton not only required good paper grades, but also various proofs in academic activities, extracurricular activities, and so on, as well as the most crucial three or more letters of recommendation from experts in the same field of study.

"Then I won't keep you any longer, go and enjoy the rest of the academic conference." Patting Orion on the shoulder, Mr Francis leaned on his black walking stick and walked away slowly.

Looking at Mr Francis's back, he also looked at the certificate in his hand.

In Orion's mind, a thought suddenly popped up. Is this, himself, considered an active participation in this academic conference? Although it was in an alternative way. Forget it, it's better to leave these things to the system to think about. What exactly is the evaluation, wait until we return to the hotel in the evening, everything will be revealed.

Walking towards the outside of the auditorium, Orion saw someone. It was an old man with a bald head and a trench coat. As Orion looked at him, he was looking at him.

  "Excellent proof."

"Thank you ...... You are Professor Deligne?"

  "Yes." Professor Deligne nodded.

This old professor spoke very little, a bit like that Matt. However, the difference was that even if this old man didn't say a word, from his line of sight, one could feel a sense of obvious oppression.

After a pause of about half a minute in silence, Professor Deligne spoke again. "That paper of yours, would you like to consider publishing it in the 'Annals of Mathematics'?"

There were many mathematics journals, and what Professor Deligne was referring to was obviously Princeton's Annals-of-Mathematics - one of the four most authoritative "comprehensive" mathematics journals in today's mathematics world.

Orion immediately asked, "Is it possible to have multiple submissions?"

Professor Deligne shook his head, "It's not considered multiple submissions, the paper you submitted to the academic conference was a study of the distribution law of Mersenne prime numbers, not a proof of the twin prime conjecture. Although the conference will surely be happy to accept your supplementary submission, I do not recommend you to publish your research results through this kind of supplementary submission, not to mention that this kind of mathematical conference is not considered to be a top academic conference."

After a moment's pause, he continued, "If you'd like to submit your paper in 'Annals of Mathematics', send me your paper as soon as you can, I may be a bit busy after a while ...... but I'll still have time to review it in the near future."

Orion: "I'll prepare it when I get back to the hotel."

"There's no need to be in such a hurry, just enjoy the party and beer today, I'm not that unreasonable." Professor Deligne gave a rare smile, but it was only for that brief moment.
