After explaining his thinking from beginning to end, Orion laid out a broad framework for the whole subject.

This framework contains the problems that need to be considered in order to solve this proposition, the ideas for solving them, and most importantly - how to extend the "group construction method" to this problem.

After all, this is his most powerful weapon.

Orion then assigned each of them a job.

Hardy was the more active thinker, responsible for collecting literature and suggesting ideas.

Franklin was good at calculations and should make a good partner with him.

As for Vera, her style was probably similar to himself, belonging to the type that was good at independent thinking. Forcing such a talent into an environment of collective discussion would rather affect her performance. Professor Deligne had let him choose whether or not to join his "Standard Conjecture" project out of similar considerations.

Orion finally decided to put her in Group B, and synchronise her work with Hardy and Franklin in Group A.

In other words, they worked independently on different issues involved in the proposition, and exchanged ideas in two seminars per week, and reported the results in one internal meeting per month.

This model is common in some large research teams, as some powerful bosses usually lead a lot of students, and cramming a dozen or so students into one team would rather affect the research efficiency because the team is too bloated.

These lessons, Orion also learnt from other professors at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton.

Just as Orion was assigning everyone's tasks, a knock suddenly sounded outside the office.

Hardy stood up and made his way to the door.

The one who appeared at the door was Professor Chirik.

As soon as he entered the door, he crossed over the Brazilian boy next to him and walked towards Orion with an excited expression.

"Did you publish that paper? The one in Nature? No, I mean, that Orion, is it really you?"

Because he was so excited, his voice was a bit incoherent, and even pronounced Orion's name with the wrong tone.

Worried that this guy would suddenly give himself a hug, Orion took half a step back and looked him up and down, "...... Yes, what's the problem?"

Could it be that there was another Orion professor at Princeton besides him?

Professor Chirik, however, did not hug him in excitement and calmed down after taking a deep breath.

Immediately after, he exclaimed in an incredible tone.

"God ...... you are absolutely a genius!"

  The compliments came unexpectedly.

Orion embarrassedly smiled and said with a light cough, "I'm not God ......"

Professor Chirik, who was already running out of breath, almost choked on Orion's words.

Only to see him cough violently twice, said, "That was an auxiliary of tone, I'm not saying you're God, please don't misunderstand ...... Speaking of which, how did you do it?'' A product of 'computational material science'? Or can you predict a range?"
