Selected Task 2, exited system space, and consciousness returned to reality.

Standing up from his desk, Orion went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee when he heard Trista's surprised shout coming from the living room.

  "You're on TV!"

  "TV?" Doubtfully, he repeated.

What was being shown on the screen was the presentation of the Crafoord Prize, where he received the medal from the King of Sweden, and the narrator's statement, which was a personal introduction to him.

Then immediately afterwards the picture shifted to a laboratory at some university.

Professor Krell, who is being interviewed by a reporter from CBS, says in an excited tone.

"...... Maybe in six months, maybe in a year, you'll be able to use a smartphone with a week of standby. In a few years, you'll be able to see Teslas with a range of thousands of kilometres outside of the PPT ...... Believe me, my bragging is definitely more reliable than yours."

  The interview continued.

It lasted a full two minutes before moving on to the next story.

Orion looked back and froze slightly when he saw Trista looking at him with sparkling eyes.

  "What happened to ......?"

Trista asked excitedly, "What is that patent anyway?"

Orion gave his sister an unexpected look and replied, "A patent related to lithium batteries, material science, you wouldn't understand even if I told you the specifics."

"Patent?" Trista's eyes sparkled, "Is it worth a lot of money?"

  "money-grubbing Trista!"

Always thinking about money, knowledge is the wealth of civilisation, can it be measured in terms of money?

Orion laughed and shook his head.

Honestly, how much it was in exchange for money, he didn't know.

But given the critical nature of this technology, the money should still be quite a lot, he thought.

  "Want to know?"

Trista had a curious look on her face and nodded her head vigorously, "Uh-huh!"

"If you want to know, study hard. When you're capable, and help me manage money in the future, you'll know how much these patents are worth."

After saying this, Orion laughed out loud and didn't care how the Trista behind him protested, turning towards the computer desk next to him.

The feeling of running away after flexing was so exciting.

  ......

Originally Orion thought that a mere paper would not make much difference to his daily life.

When he proved Goldbach's Conjecture and won the Crafoord Prize, the continuous media coverage made his name widely known, but it didn't have much impact on his life, at least no one came over to shake hands with him when he walked on the street.

And that's why Orion doesn't refuse interviews.

But this paper, published in Nature, is quite different.

For the public who have no idea what the difference is between lithium batteries and lithium-ion batteries, the buzz it created may not have been as intuitive as Goldbach's Conjecture, but for the battery industry as a whole, the paper created a near-crazy sensation ......
