We are currently inside the residence of the Geoff's, after the police went they offered us to go to their house to have some "talks".
"Here's your tea darling" Mrs. Geoff placed the mug in front of me
"I already talked to your grandfather" she adds, cupping my face. I am so grateful to have her and Mr. Geoff they are like my second parents, I don't know what to do if it is only Rob and I.
"Tomorrow we will go back to your house to change all of the locks" Mr. Geoff said
"Thank you guys" I said, then my phone buzzed "wait it's John again" I told them "Hello?" I answered the phone
"How are you I believe you are staying at your teacher's house for the weekend?" He asked, I gasped and clutched my chest
"Why what's wrong?" John asked his voice full of concern
"You agreed with it?" I asked back. In the car going here to the Geoffs, they agreed that I will be staying at Rob for the rest of the weekend. Did Mrs. Geoff mentioned this to John?
"Of course, it's safer in there, Mrs. Geoff make sure that you will be comfortable while you're there" I let out a sighed, thank you really Mrs. Geoff
"Thank you John" I told him
"Anytime, call me when you need anything"
"I will" then we hung up.
"So Eli, do you have any idea who did it?" Mrs. Geoff asked once I place down my phone
"Benjamin Hawking" Rob answered for me, his tone full of fury
"Is this someone you both know?" Mr. Geoff asked
"He's a student at school, but why him? And why did you not told the police?" Mrs. Geoff frowned, I pulled my phone and show it to her, she took it and gasped when she saw the email
"So he knew" Mrs. Geoff simply said, giving my phone to his husband
"This kid is something, and it seems he already know it quite some time now but why he did not talk yet?" Mr. Geoff returned my phone
"I think he is gathering evidence, a picture of Eli going to Rob's house is not enough, and with the history of the kid, he knows that it will not take one picture to prove the relationship unless..." Mrs. Geoff trail off
"Unless he will use it as a blackmail to get Eli" Rob finished Mrs. Geoff statement
"Right, he will not stop at nothing, I saw his eyes the day he insisted on taking Eli home, I'm sorry Rob I should have listened to you about giving him only detentions" she grabbed Rob's hand
"That's fine Sarah we did not know it yet" he pinched the bridge of his nose
"Did you checked his record after that?" Mrs. Geoff asked, Rob nodded as they continue to talked about Benjamin. I got up getting my mug and sat at one of the coffee table in their living room, talking about Benjamin doesn't help my nerves, I sipped my mug, I don't want to think of anything right now.
"Mind if I join?" Mr. Geoff said, I lifted my head and nodded
"So I know this is not the right question but I just want to ask how are you?" He have his own mug that he placed it at the table
"To be honest I'm fine right now" I took a deep breath, and glanced at him
"You're a brave woman, you know that?" He chuckled then look back at me he had this genuine smile on his face
"I don't know Mr. Geoff" he raised his hands
"Call me Eddie,I am no longer a teacher, and it sounds so old" he chuckled
