I stayed at the Principal Office a little longer, Rob and Mr. Thompson are busy finalizing the incident report, the principal was right John keeps on pressuring them to finish everything for him to file the restraining order as soon as possible. Mr. Thompson tried to call the emergency numbers on Benjamin's file but it is out of service.
"Is there anybody we can call?" Mr. Thompson gritted oh his teeth
"I called his father sir, he don't know where his son is" Rob keep on glancing at me, while I absentmindedly played on the paper weight of Mr. Thompson's table. His phone rings and he answered it
"Atty. Reed" he answered, I lifted my head to look at him
"No worries sir, I'll make sure nothing will happen to her" he nods as he listened to what my grand father is saying
"Are you ok Ms. Reed?" Rob asked after he hung up the phone
"I wanted to go home" I leaned my back on the chair
"Of course you will, it's been a long day" Mr. Thompson said
"I talked to your grandfather, he asked me to look after you" Rob said, Mr. Thompson looked at him surprised, he is debating if that's possible, then he took a deep breath
"Ok Rob take her home, do you have a car?" He asked me, I nodded
"Ok then follow her Rob until her house, I think Ms. Reed is both our responsibility now until the restraining order will be served" he closed his eyes as he slumped on his sit
"Thank you sir for everything" I told Mr. Thompson, he looked at me and smiled
"I should have not take that kid" he said, clearly he is blaming his self for everything
"His actions and decisions is not your fault sir, this is nobody fault but himself" I answered him, he then gaze at me
"You are really are something Ms. Reed no wonder this guy is crazy for you" he chuckled, I glanced up at Rob and he managed to give me a smile
"Alright off you two go, you can go early Rob I got you covered, just send me the final report in my email" he turned to Rob
"Yes I will sir, thanks" Rob said, and I turned to Mr. Thompson I gave him a nod clutching Rob's coat on me, we both went out Rob holding the door for me.
We walked side by side and I really wanted to hold him now, he sighs and looked at me and I know he wanted it too, but we are in school so we need to wait a little longer, most of the students are now in their rooms, oblivious of the events happened in the parking lot. We both inhaled the air when we reached the parking lot
"That son of a bitch better not show his face, I will never forgive him on what he did to you" Rob runs his fingers in his hair
"If he is wise he sure not show his ass" I said, as we continue walking towards my car
"Can you drive?" he asked me
"I really don't know... I" I was not able to finish what I'm going to say because all of my friends are there standing in my car. Tyler's hand is draped on Alice's shoulder, while Jayson and Missy are standing up their hands are intertwined with one another, and a very annoyed Ash.
They all looked at us when they saw us approaching, if the situation is not serious right now, I might be laughing at Ash surprised look, as she eyed Rob's coat on me. Missy was the first one to approached me then she hugged me.
"Are you okay? We heard what happened at Mr. Bailey's class" she pulled from her hug and held me on arm's length
"What are you guys doing here? Aren't you supposed in class?" Rob said from behind
