I walked down to go the parking lot, and decided to wait for Rob in our house, we still need to be careful since we are still in Hartsville. Last night was wonderful, and I can still feel his kisses all around me, I smile as I inhaled my bouquet of peonies, and I think this is now my new favorite flower. I called Ash as I open my car
"Hello are you guys home?" I asked her as I placed the key in the ignition
"Yeah we just check out like an hour ago, you owe me one Alice keeps on asking" she complained, I chuckled at her. I feel a little guilty about keeping Alice from the dark, but I decided after graduation I will tell her the truth, she's nothing but good to me and she deserves my honesty
"Sure! I will grabbed something at Ray's" I assured her
"Good, your things are here you can pick it up anytime" Ash replied
"Thank you Ash, see you in a bit" I looked at my clothes, or should I say Rob's clothes, he knows it's my favorite thing to wear – his shirt and sweatpants – though I don't mind having his shirt only, but since I am driving I need something to wear at my bottoms. I smiled as I remember how perfect my night was again, I parked at the side of Ray's diner and entered
"Good morning Eli!" he greeted me and noticed my outfit
"Which closet you robbed?" He added, I pouted at him as I checked on the menu, I forgot to mentioned about Rob that I will go to Ash. I called Ash again asking if she's alone and if it's alright if me and Rob can crash in, she agreed after lots of complaints about being a third wheel and requested the grilled chicken sandwich I agreed and dialed Rob's number
"I'm almost done" he answered at the first ring
"Well Ro – babe" I stammered because I know Ray is listening and I know by now he knows Rob is a teacher, he smirked at me as he waits for my order
"I'm at Ray's I am picking Ash a sandwich, if you don't have plans we can crash at her place, she's alone and you know I owe her a lot" I told him
"Sure I have my laptop I can work in there while you two talk" he said
"Anything you like then?" I asked him
"Just get me the thing you'll be getting, text me once you're with Ash, take care" I agreed and hung the phone, Ray looked at me with his teasing eye
"So you've got a boyfriend after all" he said smirking, his eyes glint with excitement
"Shut up Ray" and I rolled my eyes "one grilled chicken sandwich and two seafood sandwich to go please thanks" I said and Ray nodded, I sat down at the table near the counter, and looked at the table where we Rob and I shared the first time we came here, how things had changed ever since.
It so funny that Ray was the first one who said that Rob is my boyfriend and he was like a fortune teller that predicted our fates. Once my order is done I paid for it and thanks Ray
"Eli next time you come back bring your boyfriend okay?" He winked me and I just wave at him. I got three iced coffee before heading to Ash. Once I parked my car I texted Rob that I am already at Ash's house, and I went down carrying the food I bought and knocked on Ash's door. She opened the door and looked behind me
"I thought you are with Mr. Bailey?" She asked closing the door behind
"He's coming, you know I need to go first" I said placing the food on the table, I looked around her house and there were boxes all around.
"What are these?" I asked him
"I am just sorting my things, you know checking what I will bring at New York" she opened the brown paper and get her sandwich
