The terror trio were still outside playing with Gao Xing. They played with him and brushed his fur. Gao Xing was a one of a kind cat, he was nice, he never scratched or bit.

Sai was impressed by the cat, his golden eyes glowed as he gently touched the cat's fur.

Kousu asked. " Haven't you touched a cat before?"

Sai twisted his head. " No.."

Rue Xuan and the cat were the closest among all. Surprisingly Rue Xuan was more of a cat person, he enjoyed playing with Gao Xing and was very gentle when touching him.

Kousu and Sai were amazed.

Kousu was puzzled. Rue Xuan seemed more of a dog person. Rue Xuan was a kid but just by looking at him you could tell he was tough. He was taller than Kousu and Sai and he always glared at people, but now he seemed more playful and simple.

Kousu was amused," Since when did you become nice?"

Rue Xuan ignored Kousu's question. " Gao Xing is so adorable."

Kousu could feel a sudden shock all over him. It wasn't normal to see Rue Xuan all nice and it was unbelievable to see.

However Sai wasn't too interested in the cat; Surprisingly he was more of a dog person.Sai picked up a stick and dug into an ant hole, he played with the ants and watched them run away anytime he hit their hole. When Kousu saw this Kousu went over to Sai.

He sat next to Sai but Sai didn't flinch like usual. Kousu could already guess that Sai hadn't noticed him yet but he wasn't annoyed by it.

" Sai!"Kousu called out.

Sai let go of the stick in shock.

Kousu," You like ants?"

Sai nodded.

It was simply strange to see someone prefer ants over Gao Xing but Kousu didn't complain. He dug his hand into his pocket and handed Sai a little necklace with a jade stone on.

Sai stared at him, he wondered what he was supposed to do with the necklace.

Kousu smiled," It's for you! silly. I want you to keep it so you won't forget me on time."

Sai glanced at the necklace, his golden eyes sparkled like the sun and his face turned red. He took the necklace and said. " Thank you! It's really pretty."

Kousu was happy to see that Sai liked his gift... But just as they were about to talk, Kousu's father walked in.

Huang Haoyu, " Kousu we need to take Gao Xing to the vet."

Kousu was unwilling to go." No!"

Huang Haoyu sighed." Kousu. if we don't take him to the vet he will die."

Kousu," No, I want to stay with my husband.!"

Huang Haoyu chuckled, since when did they get married. " Kousu if you don't go. I won't ask Cousin Mei Lian to come over."

Kousu's eyes widened. " Cousin Mei Lian!"

Immediately Kousu ran over to his dad and stretched his hand. " Carry me!"

This time Huang Haoyu was willing to do this. He carried Kousu and asked his driver to carry Gao Xing.

Rue Xuan was not ready to let Gao Xing go but he eventually did.

Kousu and Huang Haoyu walked over to the car but since Huang Ning refused to go. He stayed back with Sai and Li Huawei.

Soon after, Rue Xuan's mom came to pick him up and Sai was alone in the backyard. He still poked the little anthill.

Li Huawei prepared food for their grandfather. Normally their grandfather came really late from his martial arts shop. And since the old man would come back home tired, he would only eat and go to sleep and during the weekend he would cook the boys their favorite meals.

Huang Ning assisted Li Huawei in the kitchen while Li Chen watched TV and Sai played with his toys.

It was really quiet for a while until Li Chen decided to change the station to the news. The news reporter started talking and since the volume was loud it alerted Huang Ning and Li HuaWei. Because of this Huang Ning had no choice but to go over and reduce the volume.

But he didn't expect he would stay there for a long time.

The news reporter was currently at an accident scene. " We are here at the Lifangzi restaurant. As you can see behind me there is an ambulance and a crowd of people crying and wailing over the loss of their close relatives. At about five pm. A drunk driver crashed into a Mercedes–Benz car but due to the force on the car another toyota car was also crashed into but luckily the passengers of the car were not killed but only injured. The drunk driver's body was not found and the people in the mercedes–Benz car were found dead. The people in the car consisted of a driver, a man and a child. In total there were two deaths and four injured passengers...."

Li Huawei walked over to Huang Ning and stared at the TV. " What happened?"

Huang Ning" Apparently there was an accident in the Lifangzi restaurant area, two dead and four injured."

The news reporter continued. " But what makes matters worse is the people in the Mercedes–benz were relatives to the Huang family. And since the police has identified the victims, the driver's name is Fang Baoji and the dead man is the heir to the Huang Family. Huang Haoyu and the child's name is Huang Xing."

When Huang Ning heard this the cup in his hand fell to the ground and his face had an expression of fear and grief. He was unable to move and his body went stiff, tears slowly formed and his teardots burst out with tears. In fear he rushed towards the gate shouting. " Kousu!"

Li Huawei didn't have any time to think of possible outcomes, he picked Sai up and rushed over to the gate with Li Chen still following behind.

They needed to stop Huang Ning before he did something stupid..
