RING!  RING!  RING!

Startled by the suddenness of the noise, Maki fished her phone out of her jacket pocket and pressed the green button once she saw lieutenant Kishi's number on screen.
"Maki Zenin speaking." She answered into the phone.
"Kishi here, we should head to the hospital. Are you available right now?"
"Yes, I'm—" Much to her dismay, however, she found herself cut off by Clearblade's arrival.
"Morning Maki, I have an urgent assignment," He said, getting straight to the point. "A man's perched on a building on the fourth floor. I need you there as soon as possible."
Maki grimaced. These types of assignments weren't exactly her forte and she really didn't enjoy them either. She wasn't the most empathetic person in the world.
"I'm pretty busy right now." She replied, annoyance permeating her tone. "Could you take it up with Tokoyami, please? He's more than capable of handling this suicidal guy."
"What suicide?!" The lieutenant asked, having overheard the conversation happening on the other end of the line.
"One minute." Maki placed her hand over the screen and held it further away from her face.
"Tsukuyomi is handling another assignment at the moment.  There's not a single moment to waste.  Go right now." Clearblade commanded sharply.  With a sigh, Maki brought the phone back to her face.
"Kishi, you'll have to go on without me.  I'll join you as soon as I can."
"Wait, Maki, don't hang up!  What's this about a suicide?"  Maki ended the call before the man could receive any answers.
"Where is the man perched on the building?"
"Kamitori Street in Kumamoto.  I'll send a few sidekicks with you." With that, Clearblade rushed down the hallway back towards his office.
"Yeah, yeah." Maki groaned.
This was going to be a long day...

Maki and the two sidekicks who had been sent to accompany her arrived to the sight of a large of crowd of shoppers gathered around a large, four story building.  As her hazel eyes followed the points and stares of the people, the sun flashed on the lenses of her glasses, causing her to squint.  It was only after she'd removed her glasses and shielded her eyes with her hand that she was able to make out the shape of an adult man perched precariously on the window ledge.
"The police sure are taking their time." Maki commented, noticing the evident lack of law enforcement officers.  "Not a single officer in sight."
She approached the nearest shopper, tapping him on the shoulder.  "Has anyone called the police?" She asked.
"Some guy went to do it," he replied, " the crowd's mostly here for entertainment, though."
Rolling her eyes at the man's attitude, she gritted her teeth & prepared to bark out orders to the sidekicks.  She once again found herself interrupted, this time by the grumbling of a car pulling up a couple of metres away.  Maki and the sidekicks turned their head to see the crowd gathering around the car, in awe of the vehicle.
Wait?  What?
Maki blinked, hands twitching to get one of her weapons (a little more than disappointed in herself for her awareness to slip like that), as she looked at a pair of green and blue eyes.  Huh, heterochromatic eyes.  Like Todoroki's eyes.  The only pair she knew of.  The same with his hair, the same as his eyes but just opposite of each other.  It was short, a bit messy, and had long bangs that were pinned back with duo-toned hair clips.  His whole outfit followed that trend too, Maki noticed.

He wore a dark grey turtleneck skin-tight tank top, fingerless gloves and grey-blue slightly baggy trousers that were tucked into a pair of grey coloured boots.  Over it, the mystery man wore a duo-toned green and blue hooded, high low jacket that had deep front pockets, and short baggy sleeves.  He also had an orange pair of goggles over his eyes.
"Oh my!  Isn't that the Duo Hero: Ni?" The man exclaimed, eagerly running to join the crowd gathering around the car.  Maki's quickly morphed into one of chagrin upon hearing the Hero's name.  His real name was Aomi Hayashi, his quirk was Twins named Ao and Mi.  He was the one and only sidekick to Kesagiriman - one of the Pro Heroes who had taken part in the invasion of the Shie Hassaikai hideout and the rescue of Eri. He was a parkour expert who had a YouTube channel where he showed off his skills and even taught some basics on there - Maki had checked it out on Midoriya's recommendation - loved high places, had been working as a Hero for about four years now, and specially made wires were his weapon of choice. Or so that's what she'd learned from Midoriya's ramblings.
Pro Hero junkie.
Maki rubbed her face as she watched Aomi enter the building.
"Great, just what we needed. That clown." She muttered under her breath.  In the upside though, it meant she didn't have to go up there and talk the man down herself.  She would need to take precautions in case he does fall.
"Alright," Maki turned to the two sidekicks, "let's get this over with.  You two try to keep the crowd under control when the police arrive while I watch for if this guy does decide to jump."
Whilst the sidekicks obeyed her orders (once the police had finally arrived) Maki looked up, preparing to scale the building.
But...
"Oh, come on."
Aomi had managed to beat her to the punch and was not crouched on the window ledge next to the man.  She could see their mouths moving but could make out what they were saying - not that she even wanted to know.  Eventually after what must have been a few minutes, the man began to shuffle along the building back towards the window, but just as he reached it, his foot slipped.  He lost his balance and began to fall.  Maki's body tensed to run to his rescue.   A hand caught him just in time, Maki heard a woman behind her let out a relieved "phew," as Aomi struggled to get the man back into his feet and inside the building.  Maki let out a sigh as the crowd erupted into cheers as the Hero and the man exited the building, entered the car and drove away.
"I've seen enough."
