~Lydia's POV~
I felt a hand on my shoulder, slightly shaking me and I open one eye to see Rosie's face staring down at me.
"What's gotten into you?" I ask her.
"What do you mean?" She asks confused.
"Just the other day you were screaming to wake me up, now you are being gentle," I say sitting up.
"Oh. Didn't want to wake up Robert and the family," she says.
"Oh okay. Well you ready?" I ask.
"Ready for what?" She asks.
"Rosie, you know what," I say standing up and stretching. She sighs before replying,
"I really don't want to go."
"Rosie, we've lived our entire lives in the woods. The forest is our home," I say.
"I know I know but what about Jace," she says.
"Just will make the city all the more sweeter," and with that I walk over to get my shoes and fix my hair best I could without my brush.
"Morning," I hear from behind, it was Robert.
"Morning," I say not turning around.
"Such a shame you gotta leave," he says quietly. I turn around to see his face and his hair was messy and eyes tired.
"And why is that?" I ask laughing.
"Your a cool person, I think if you stayed here we'd be good friends," he says.
"Well I'm sorry but the forest is my home and my family needs me," I say and walk out of the room but he follows behind.
"Don't you think you could stay a while longer?" He asks catching up with me.
"Look we've already been here longer than we should have been, we have to leave," I say. I walk outside where Jace and Rosie were already in the car waiting on us.
"So where exactly do you all live," Jace asks starting the car.
"Just drive into the forest, we will tell you when," Rosie says.
