~Rosie's POV~
I set the stew on the fire to cook, and then decide to try and talk to Jace. He was sitting on the bed where he always slept, thinking I assumed. "Hey.." I say before walking over and standing next to the bed. "I'm not in the mood," he says before turning away from me. "Don't do this," I say, grabbing his arm. "Let go of me," he says, trying to get his arm away, but I keep it held tight. "Jace, I'm trying to talk to you! Why can't you understand that?!" I ask, getting frustrated. "Maybe I don't want to talk to you!" He says, anger in his eyes. "Why didn't you just tell me?!" I say, before running out and into the woods. I didn't bring my jacket, so it was quite cold. I run blindly until I bump into someone. "Lydia?" I ask. "Rosie? What are you doing out here without a coat on?" She asks, a big buck with her. "Um... I was just in a fight with Jace," I say after awhile. "What about?" She asks, curious. "Nothing, something stupid," I say, running my hands through my hair and feeling moms clip. I take it out of my hair and look at it, thinking. "I'll see you at home, Rosie," Lydia says before taking the buck home to dad to skin it. I sink to the ground, tears threatening to spill from my eyes. The snow was cold, and still falling, not as heavily now though. I knew staying out would make me sick or I would get hypothermia, but something made me stay out longer. Out of instinct I reach up and feel my scar, the scar was apart of me from now on. I sigh, before deciding to climb a tree and hang out up there. At least I wouldn't be completely in the snow.
