9. Avoiding ??

Charlotte pov

As we heard that Becca went to see her dad. I was feeling but uneasy. Cause Nop already shared the information about Armstrong's involvement with illegal activities.

Me and irin left soon after Nop said. And the traffic sucked so we arrived after an hour.

When we arrived everyone's face had a pleasant expression.

But what shocked me was my uncle knowing about our Mafia gang. We left the place and went to Nop's. We didn't ask any questions to Becky cause we know she will explain everything later.

After a 30 minute drive we reached Nop's place. He was waiting for us in our meeting room.

"What happened guys" he asked us as soon as he saw us.

Then Becca explained everything that happened. I'm happy that my uncle found a business partner for his business.

"Oh and dad knows about or Mafia thing" she added and Nop was shocked

"What did he said" he asked

"He asked us to be careful. And he won't stop us because we don't do anything illegal" she said and smiled  

Thank God that uncle didn't protest or anything.

"But we should start our mission soon guys. We should find more information about the serpants and SB Company" she said and looked at us.

"Don't worry Beck, we will and we also should find a way to communicate with Alpha gang. Cause based on what uncle said we can't defeat them. We need more peoples and I'm sure that Alpha gang will need us" i said and everyone nodded

"So we will start our work guys, me and Nop will work on this matter and you two will find a way to communicate with Alpha gang" Becca said and we nodded

"Becky why don't you work at your father's company, we can gather more information about the SB company " Nop said and Becca nodded

Becky's pov

After the meeting we started our work.  Cause i don't want to waste more time and I want to distract myself from the P'Freen. I don't know after hearing everything dad said, i kind of feel like a bad daughter. And I really want to help him. But still I'm too much attracted to P'Freen and it's hurting me a lot.

We all stayed the night at Nop's.

I wake up from the sound of my phone it was my dad.

"Hello dad" i said

"Good morning princess, don't skip your class today. I will check on you and if you skip more classes i will ground you" he said

"Dad..... "

"don't dad me. Your mom is furious that you are skipping classes. Don't forget your department's Dean is your mom's friend" he said.

"Shit, i completely forgot about that" i said

"Don't curse infornt of your father" he said

"Oops, sorry dad. I gotta go and get ready for the class. I love you dad" I said.

"I love you too my child" he said as he ended the call.

I feel shit for doubting my father. But I'm glad i talked to him. He has gone through a lot. And i will stand beside him if he faces any problem.

I quickly got up and woke up the others and went to freshen up. We all got ready and went to campus on Nop's car. Cause we are coming back to Nop's place after class and I don't wanna drive.

We reached the campus, Nop and Charlotte went to their classes and Both me and irin made our way to our class.

I didn't pay much attention to class. My Mind was thinking about P'Freen. I tried my best to not to think about her yesterday but I can't stop myself from thinking about her now. She's all that I have in my mind. Not the Mafia thing or my dad.

Freen's pov

I didn't saw Becky yesterday. I kind of miss her. I know if i should but.... Fuck I can't even stop myself. I couldn't even sleep yesterday cause i was constantly thinking about her.

I came to campus in the hope of seeing her. I was busy in the morning due to the counsil work. But I heard that Becca came today and she's now at her class. So i decided to meet her at lunch

At lunch

Me and Noey were the last one to go for lunch. As we were reaching to our table. I saw Becca laughing and eating with others. I was happy to see her.

We went to get our food and I went near them.  I sat beside her and looked at her. She didn't even glance at me for even once.

I was bit hurt. Then she looked at me and I saw how her smile faded. Fuck

"Hey Bec" I said. It was awkward

"Oh hey P'Freen" she said but she didn't smiled

Suddenly she stood up "Nop let's go" she said and looked at others "I'm sorry guys we are leaving early we have some works" she added

"Wait , aren't you both from different department" Nam asked. Thank God she asked

"Are you both secretly dating" Kate aksed . What the fuck. I felt a pang of pain

Becca smiled "Not even in our wildest dreams, he's helping me in my work actually. After all he is an expert in computer " she said

"Take care na and do well" Engfa said

"I will phi, bye guys" Becca said as she left.

Is she trying to avoid me.
