Luna's POV
"Warning safety barriers failing." The robotic voice says as I continue to run. I have to get to Pyrrha. Looking up I watch the Nevermore continuously try and brake through the barriers.
"PYRRHA! PYRHHA THAT THING IS GOING TO BRAKE IN YOU'VE GOT TO MOVE!" Jaune yells out as I run up.
"Pyrrha!" I yell as she continues to stand there. "Shit." I mumble as I jump the wall Jaune following close behind me.
"LUNA! JAUNE!" Nora yells out as I run towards Pyrrha.
"PYRRHA PLEASE SNAP OUT OF IT!" Jaune yells as the Nevermore brakes through sending Pyrrha, me and Jaune flying back. The Nevermore runs at Pyrrha as Ruby steps in throwing one of Penny's swords at the Nevermore making it back up.
"Ruby?" Pyrrha asks looking up in shock.
"LEAVE HER ALONE!" Ruby yells out tears in her eyes. I stand up running over with Ruby grabbing one of Penny's swords along my way. The Nevermore screeches flying up as it is about to come at us, but lockers come out of the sky jabbing into it as it slides towards us. Team CFVY, SSSN, ARBN, FNKI, LOND, and JNPR all grab their weapons out of their lockers.
"Yo, Luna!" Nova says as she throws me my fans. "You might need these." She smirks as I catch them. The Nevermore than screeches as it starts to stand up everyone steps into action as they start to take it down. Nora hammers it in the head. Yatsuhashi and Sage then jump up slicing its head clean off turning it to ash. Me and Ruby both look at Pyrrha.
"Ruby, Luna I..." Pyrrha stops as she looks at Penny's torn fabric in her hands with tears in her eyes. "I'm so sorry." She finishes letting the tears fall.
"Me too." Ruby says as she looks down and then back up.
"But it wasn't your fault." I say taking a step towards her.
"They're right." Jaune says waking over as Pyrrha stands up. "Whoever was on the microphone they're the ones that did this." He holds up Pyrrha weapons to her. "And we have to make sure they don't take anyone else." Pyrrha takes her weapons as me and Ruby smirk at each other looking at everyone else. Grimm then start circling around us at the top of the colosseum.
"Griffons." Ren says as everyone gets their weapons ready.
"Anybody got a plan of attack?" Neptune asks as Opal walks up standing next to him.
"Sun! I need your scroll." Ruby says as Sun throws her his scroll with his tail as Ruby presses a button having her locker shipped here. A Griffon fly's down onto her locker as a gunshot goes off and the Griffon flies away.
"Students. I think it would be best for you to leave." Professor Port says as him and Oobleck stand there with their weapons.
"But we can-"
"Mis Lie Valkyrie!" Oobleck cuts me off. "This day will surely go down in Remnant's history. I'd prefer it if my students could live to tell about it." Professor Oobleck says as I smile. Ruby grabs her Scythe as she opens it.
"Let's go!" She tells everyone as they all start running. Velvet takes a picture of us as Coco calls after her. I look at Professor Oobleck and Port as they smile at me.
"Go my dear, we'll be alright." Oobleck says as I smile and nod. Me and Ruby follow everyone as we run out of the arena. Once we all get to the evacuation ships, we see Ironwood standing there.
"What's going on?" Ruby asks the General.
"Grimm are crawling all over the city. The White Fang has invaded Beacon. And to make matters worse, some Vagabond has seized one of my ships. Until we regain command, the skies are out of our control. So, I'm-" Ironwood stops taking a pause to shoot a Beawolf coming behind us. "Going to take it back." He finishes as he starts walking onto his ship.
"What should we do?" Jaune asks as the General stops turning towards us.
"You have two choices, Defend your Kingdom and your school. Or save yourselves." Ironwood says as we all look at each other. "No one will fault you if you leave. Let's move out!" He finishes as he walks onto his ship leaving.
"Well then." I start as everyone's eye go towards me. I smirk. "Let's kill some Grimm ass." I say as Ruby smirks at me.
"I mean... Come on." Sun says as everyone nods.
"We can take a ship to Beacon." Jaune says as we all move running to a ship.
As we are in the air, we watch Ironwood's ship get shot down. Ruby runs to the back as Sun yells after her.
"Ruby! What are you doing!?"
"Let her go." I say as everyone looks towards me. "She knows what she's doing. We need to focus on us." Daphne nods as we land on the ground. Everyone gets out as we start fighting the Grimm.
As we fight, we all stop at the loud bang and shake of the ground. Me and Jaune look up at mountain as a Wyvern brakes out of it flying towards Beacon tower dropping Grimm drops as it flies. My eyes widen as I look up. Well. This just got a whole lot harder. We all stand armed and Ready as Pyrrha looks at me and I smile. We look forward as me and Pyrrha's smiles both drops seeing Ozpin. We both look at each other before walking towards him.
"Where are they going?!" Nora asks as me and Pyrrha continue on.
"I'll go find out. You two just stay here and keep fighting." Jaune says as he follows us. Me and Pyrrha make it up to Ozpin as he looks at me.
It's time.
