Luna's POV
"Come on! You didn't even hear us out!" Yang says as she shakes the gates while two of the stupidest Guards I have ever met are standing on the other side of the gates.
"Our orders are clear. The Mistral Atlas border is closed. Please!" One of the guards says.
"Have a good day!" The other one finishes.
"But-"
"A good day!" They both say in sync as they cut Yang off.
"Hey if you don't want to believe that I'm friends with Ironwood-" Qrow starts but then gets cut off by the idiot guards.
"General Ironwood!" They say in sync standing up straight.
"Yeah. General Ironwood fine. Look we have Weiss Schnee with us and we're trying to get our home safely." Qrow says. The two guards look at each other.
"Approach." They say in sync. Again. Weiss looks back at me. I shrug at her. Weiss walks up to the gate as the Guard's do a stupid in sync walk and look at her.
"Very well."
"You may speak with our commanding officer." One of them says.
"We will fetch her at once." The other one says. They both high knee run away while saying. "Hup hup hup hup."
"They we're kind of." Blake starts.
"Super weird. Yeah." Ruby says with an eye brow raised.
"Hmmm." Maria hums as we all look at her.
"What's wrong?" Oscar asks her confused.
"Well I... May know this commanding officer." Maria says looking away.
"Well, that's good isn't it. If she's your friend than maybe, she'll be more willing to help us." Ruby says with a little hope in her voice.
"I wouldn't exactly call us friends." Maria says.
"Acquaintances?" Weiss asks.
"Not quite."
"Colleges?" Blake asks.
"Warmer."
"Enemies?" I ask.
"That's the one!" Maria answers as I look at her like she's insane.
"Wait! What!?!" Oscar asks his eyes widening at her words.
"Yes, I come through here about once every 10 years to get my eyes checked up in Atlas. You bring outside cashews on one flight and suddenly you're placed on the additional screening list for life!" Maria says.
"You've got to be kidding me." Qrow says. Maria sighs.
"Now, Now let's not give up hope yet.................................Maybe she's dead." Maria says as I slap my forehead. The gate then opens as the idiot guards step out and stand at the front.
"Introducing." One says.
"Special operative." The other says.
"Caroline Cordovan!" They both say in sync. I then watch a 4-foot, old, gray hair looking woman walk out in front of the guards. She then steps right in front of Maria and looks at her. Oh my god their the exact same height.
"Witch." Cordovan says pissed.
"She devil." Maria says back with the same tone.
"I see you've chosen a larger to contraband smuggle this time." Cordovan says.
"Oh Cordo. They say time changes people, but I see you've still got that stick right up-" Maria starts but Ruby cuts her off and steps in front of her.
