Luna's POV
We get to the lower level as the four of us run down the hall to Amber.
"What is this place?" Jaune mumbles as we run.
"It's...." Pyrrha starts.
"A type of vault." I finish for her.
"You've been here before?" Jaune asks confused as we stop at the end where the pods are. "Hide? What? Who?"
"Jaune-"
"Pyrrha. Get to the pod." Ozpin cuts Pyrrha off. "Luna start the process." Ozpin tells me as I nod getting to the computer. "Mr. Arc, if you'd like to help, you can stand guard here." Jaune turns around doing as Ozpin says.
"What do we do now?" Pyrrha asks looking at Ozpin as I continue trying to get the pods to work. Stupid Atlas Tech. Ozpin sighs.
"We do nothing." Ozpin says as I finally get the pod to open. "You, Ms. Nikos. Have a choice to make." Pyrrha looks at the pod and then to Jaune before whipping some tears and stepping into the pod. I close it down on her whipping a few tears of my own. I type on the keyboard as I look at Pyrrha.
"Are you ready?" I ask her as she nods giving me a small smile.
"I-....I need to hear you say it." Ozpin says as Pyrrha still look at me.
"Yes." Pyrrha says as I nod.
"Thank you, Ms. Nikos." Ozpin says nodding at me as I continue. Amber's pod gets lifted up as her power goes through tubes and transporting to Pyrrha's pod. Pyrrha screams out in pain and agony as I bite my lip going to stop it, but Ozpin grabs my hands pulling me into a hug.
"Pyrrha!" Jaune says as he runs over. Tears start to slip down my face as Ozpin looks at Jaune.
"I'm......so sorry." Ozpin says as an arrow shoots right through the glass at Ambers chest. We turn around to see Cinder standing there. Amber struggles to breath as she dies the power goes out. The power gets taken away from Pyrrha as it shoots out of Amber's chest as Cinder collects the powers. Jaune goes to hit Cinder as I try going after him.
"No!" I yell as Ozpin grabs my arm.
"Stay back!" Ozpin says as Jaune gets blasted back.
"JAUNE!" Pyrrha yells out as she bangs on the tube finally getting it to open throwing it at Cinder. Cinder moves it away easily as Pyrrha gets her weapons about to go at Cinder but Ozpin stops her.
"Take Jaune and Luna and Gat out of here!" Ozpin says as my eyes widen.
"What!? No!" I say as he continues.
"Find Glynda, Ironwood, Qrow, Bring them here right away! The tower cannot fall."
"But I can help." Pyrrha says as Ozpin looks at her.
"You'll only get in the way." Ozpin says as Pyrrha nods helping Jaune up as they both take off.
"Luna. I am very proud of you may daughter. I need you to know that." Ozpin says putting his hands on my shoulders. "You need to go."
"I-I can't l-leave you!" I stutter tears about to fall again. Ozpin puts a hand on my cheek.
"We have no other choice. I love you, Luna." Ozpin finishes shoving me out of the way of Cinder's blast.
"FATHER!" I yell out as I feel someone stands me up and run me out of there. I look next to me to see Pyrrha as she puts a hand on my back making sure I run with her out of the tower and not go back for Ozpin. We make it up to the top where Jaune is waiting for us. I look back with tears in my eye.
