Appearance: Dr Sclepia is a tall, muscular sinner with blue eyes and loosely curled blonde hair patterned with black streaks resembling tiger stripes. She also has an orange tiger tail, and her skin is patterned with black tiger stripes. She wears turquoise hospital scrubs, with a glowing blue bubble effect on the shirt which appears to move upwards, referencing her death by drowning, and her last futile attempt to swim to the surface

In her full demon form, Dr Sclepia's hands gain black tiger claws, and her legs turn into tiger legs, complete with paws. She also has large, visible tiger teeth, and her body is covered with a blue aquatic aura with the same bubble effect on her shirt

Abilities: Hydrokinesis, teleportation, enhanced strength, and resistance to fire in her full demon form, as her body becomes cloaked in water

Personality: Dr Sclepia appears to have a sunny disposition, and impeccable bedside manner with her patients, but she harbours a vengeful side, and she is very quick to anger. Though she cares deeply for her patients, she is highly critical of the colleagues she works with, and she often threatens them with her full demon form if she thinks that they're not doing the best they can for their patients. If she finds out that any of her colleagues have intentionally hurt or neglected a patient, she will assume her full demon form and kill them before taking their corpses home to cook with. She often invites Alastor and Rosie to dinner parties, where they cook with the meat from the colleagues she's killed.

Dr Sclepia kind of became an overlord by accident. She encountered many sinners who were unable to pay for their treatment with money, and so offered her their souls instead. She accepts souls as a standard form of payment for treatment now

Likes: Swimming, weightlifting, good cuts of steak, especially from the restaurants in the Cannibal Colony, Alastor's cooking, beignets, performing any surgery on the femur bone

Dislikes: Laziness, her patients/colleagues not listening to her, wasting food

Sins: Stalking, murder, and cannibalism. After finding out that one of her patients had her arm broken by her abusive husband, she stalked the patient's husband for several weeks so that she could find the best opportunity to kill him without being caught. After killing the patient's husband, she wasn't sure of how to dispose of his body without being caught, so she decided to eat the body so that the police would never find it. It took nine days for her to eat the man's entire body

Cause of death: Drowning. Her leg got caught on some trash at the bottom of a lake she was swimming in, and she was unable to free herself, leading to her drowning. Her body was never discovered, and she has been declared missing in the living world, but many of her former coworkers think that she's dead
