Appearance: Decarabia is a tall demon resembling an anthropomorphic giant scops owl, with purple eyes with long black eyelashes, and dark brown arms and legs. She wears a silver tiara adorned with black opals, and a white spotted fur shrug fastened with a diamond-shaped catch at the chest, along with a floor-length sleeveless midnight blue dress with white diamantés on the back and hem. Her dress has a pentagram shaped cutout on the back below her shrug

In her human disguise, she has pale skin and short platinum blonde hair, and her tiara turns into a blue headband with a pentagram charm at the centre

When she is summoned by humans, she appears as a giant blue pentagram with only her eyes on display. She will not reveal her full body unless the summoner asks her to

Personality: Being a member of the Goetia family, Decarabia has lived in the lap of Hell's luxury for her entire life, and was raised with the knowledge that she would one day become a marquess of Hell responsible for studying the jewels and precious metals in the mortal realm. Despite this, she happily accepted her fate, and she is very happy with her position, and her work. While she sometimes yearns for higher power within Hell, as she is a marquess and therefore doesn't hold as much authority as the kings and princes of Hell, she is grateful that she wasn't born into higher royalty within the Goetia family, as, like Stolas was, she likely would have been forced into an arranged marriage for the sake of producing an heir. She is very close to her niece, Octavia, spending time with her as often as she can, and giving her pieces of jewellery she has made as gifts.

Decarabia despises Heaven, and she thinks that Charlie's ideas about redemption are pointless, as she thinks that Heaven have proven that they are just as evil as the sinners in Hell by initiating the exterminations of sinners. She's not fond of most sinners, especially the ones who are in Hell for summoning her, as they often forced her to do things that she thought were selfish and unreasonable.
