-I know I've mentioned this before, but Alastor is definitely a sociopath. He displays most of the symptoms of antisocial personality disorder (Impulsive behaviour, a chronic sense of boredom, lack of remorse, feelings of superiority, disregard for authority and/or rules), and I think that the cause of Alastor's ASPD is trauma related to a male figure in his life. Antisocial personality disorder is caused by trauma in childhood, and the reason I think that his trauma was caused by a man is because of how he treats men vs how he treats women. Alastor is kinder to women, and he has a lot of female friends, but he is openly hostile to men, and will threaten to kill them at the drop of a hat, and that, to me, screams that Alastor's trauma was caused by a man-Husk has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and is a covert narcissist. He seems to have an inflated ego, and an unearned sense of superiority over the others in the hotel, and he resents being made to bartend, partly because he hates Alastor, but also partly because he thinks he's too good for the hotel. He doesn't harbor any regret over the souls he claimed or killed during his time as an overlord—His only regret is losing his power and status to Alastor, an overlord who outranks him in terms of power. Becoming an overlord was likely his narc supply—The thing that fed his ego and kept him from facing the reality that he was no better than any of the other sinners in Hell, and thus, kept him from breaking down. When he lost his soul to Alastor, his narc supply was taken away, and now that he has no means of obtaining more narc supply, he's resentful, as this means that without anything to feed his ego, he has no means of regulating his self worth. He knows that he is a worthless commoner now—And no one will ever tell him otherwise again. Narcissistic personality disorder is rooted in trauma, as all cluster B disorders are, but I'm not sure what the cause of Husk's narcissistic personality disorder is. Husk's sins, and his sense of entitlement and superiority will likely be explored in season 2
-This is a pretty controversial one, but I think Vaggie might have dependent personality disorder. She seems to hate living and working at the hotel, but does it purely because she craves Charlie's approval, and despite her disagreeing with Charlie on almost everything, she goes along with it purely because she craves Charlie's approval. She doesn't make any decisions of her own which aren't grounded in her desire to please Charlie, and she doesn't initiate any tasks without Charlie's approval, or any tasks which would benefit herself in any way. Vaggie likely sees Charlie as a caregiver, and will submit to her will in every way possible to please her, and ensure that Charlie doesn't end their relationship, or abandon her. Vaggie's dependence on others, and excessive desire to please whoever she currently views as a caregiver was probably programmed into her by Adam, who likely created the exorcists to be as submissive to his will as possible so that they would obey him without question. It is highly implied that he created them, and that they didn't come from human souls, as he explicitly details the fact that he named Vaggie
