Angel Dust: Quietly takes you aside and asks you why you're doing it. He self-harmed a lot when he was alive, but he eventually got clean, and he'll share how he got clean with you, as well as give you healthier coping strategies you can use the next time you feel the need to self harm
Alastor: After treating your wounds, he asks you what's making you feel the need to self harm. If there's someone making you miserable enough to make you want to hurt yourself, he'll kill them straight away, and then cook them into your favorite dish. The next day, he'll announce on his radio show that he's killed the person who made you miserable, and that the rest of Hell had better leave you alone, or else they'll be next
Niffty: Immediately cleans up the blood, if there is any, and disinfects your wounds. If someone's making you miserable enough to make you want to self harm, she'll stab them repeatedly in front of you. It'll be a perfect reenactment of the scene where she stabbed Adam, but instead of Adam, it'll be the person who hurt you
Lucifer: Heals you with magic and gives you a custom made rubber ducky that says 'I love you' when squeezed. He tells you to squeeze the rubber ducky whenever you feel like harming yourself so that you're reminded that he loves you and that you shouldn't harm yourself because he loves you
Rosie: Aunt Rosie mode, on. If there's someone making you miserable enough to want to hurt yourself, she'll kill them and eat them in front of you, but if there isn't, and you're self-harming for body issues or something else, she'll immediately make you an appointment with Hell's top psychiatrist so that you can get the long-term help you need to quit
Velvette: She hugs you tightly and tells you that you're too beautiful to harm yourself, and that you shouldn't do anything to ruin your body because she'd miss dressing you up in cute outfits if you went too far and you ended up dying
