Eating the cookies she just made, Taylor seemed pretty silent compared to earlier. Travis knew she was still thinking about him moving and that she could be the reason for it. He really didn't want her to think that she was a problem but if everything he had said before didn't help, what should he do? "The cookies are great by the way. Maybe I should get some baking supplies for my new place", he smiled. Taylor just looked up with a small smile before continuing to eat. He decided to take her hand that lay on the table before, so she would look at him again. "Tay, can you please stop blaming yourself for things you have absolutely no control over?", he said in a soft tone. "You said I finally pushed you to move", she answered. "No, I said, I was thinking about it anyway and now I started looking because I want both of us to be safe at my place", he repeated himself once more, trying to hide his frustration. "Promise me, I'm not the only reason", she asked him. "I promise", he assured her. "Let's get your mind off of that, hm? What do you think of some board games?", Travis suggested. Taylor agreed. She knew he was right.

"You dare to challenge me in Scrabble?", Taylor wanted to know when he went to get some of his games. "Maybe I can learn something, Miss Grammy winner", he joked making her laugh. "Did you ever try to write something? Like, I don't know... poems, stories... whatever", she asked curiously while they set up the game. Travis laughed a little bit. "I'm barely able to write a cohesive tweet without any spelling mistakes", he admitted still laughing. "Oh, who cares about spelling? The creative is the interesting part", she just said. "Still, I have to disappoint you. I've never really had an interest in trying that. It took me probably twenty-five years of my life to even pay attention to lyrics in songs", he told her honestly. "Really?", Taylor was surprised. She couldn't imagine not paying attention to the lyrics. "Yeah, I don't know. That's just what it is. I do need dictionaries to understand your songs sometimes", he joked a little insecure. She wouldn't think bad of him for that, would she? Taylor just giggled. He was probably the first person to admit that to her in a face-to-face conversation. "Well, now you can just ask me", she shrugged picking some letters for their game of Scrabble.

"Incandescent? I have no idea what that means and that it's even possible to build these words in this game is insane", Travis laughed a few minutes later. "Never listened to evermore?", she jokingly asked. It was obvious that she would win anyway but now it was set. "Oh, wait... Let me guess the song!", Travis stopped her. Taylor laughed waiting for his first guess. "Is it from Willow? I thought I'd know that... No! Ivy! Yeah, and I think I googled it before", he guessed making her laugh again. "You're correct. A hundred points for my incredible boyfriend", she laughed throwing her arms up to applaud. Travis laughed with her and decided to pull her over into his lap. Knocking down the board, he kissed her. Taylor intuitively put her arms around his neck. "Now we have to pick up all the letters", she mumbled. "Mhm... later", he said continuing to kiss her. Taylor smiled into the kiss. "I love you", he whispered when they needed some air making her blush. "I love you too", she answered kissing him again. He'd said it before but she still almost couldn't believe that this was real.

"Ouch!", Taylor yelled half-loud when they stood up and she landed on a Scrabble letter with her foot. "You good?", Travis asked laughing a little about the mess around them. "I guess you have to carry me for the rest of the day", she winked holding her foot up dramatically. "Where do we go?", he just asked picking her up bridal style in one smooth motion. Taylor laughed holding on to him. He didn't look strained at all holding her up like that. "I actually wanted to go to the toilet", she laughed expecting him to put her down again but he carried her to the bathroom and placed her directly in front of the toilet. Taylor couldn't stop laughing. "You're so strong", she giggled jokingly kissing him. "Call me, if you need me to pick you up again", he winked before leaving and closing the door behind him. They both shook their heads about it. Taylor could almost feel how much she had laughed in the past hour.

Coming back into the living room, Travis had already picked up the Scrabble letters. "There might still be some in the couch somewhere", he let her know putting the board back into its box. Taylor just shook her head. "Well, you'd lose anyway so we don't need to play again", she joked. "Some day, I tell you!", he said gesturing for her to come back to the couch. So they cuddled up to each other on the couch again and she just closed her eyes resting her head on his chest. Travis smiled playing with her soft hair a little before brushing it out of her face to kiss her forehead. She smiled enjoying the slight goosebumps it gave her. "What do we eat later? I might have to go grab some groceries", he let her know silently. Taylor grumbled holding onto him. She didn't want to let him go now. "Can't we just order takeout?", she asked making him laugh slightly. She could feel his chest vibrating looking up at him. "Sure", he agreed and kissed her again. He didn't want to leave her side either.
