The next day, Taylor arrived for the game about an hour before the start. She got a second key card for Travis' hotel room and brought her stuff up to get changed quickly. There wasn't much time but she had figured out her outfit this morning, so she just had to get into the red sweater and black jeans. A red lipstick was applied quickly. She could do that in her sleep at this point. And soon after that, her security brought her to the stadium.

"We talked with the staff, by the way, you could go down on the field later if you wanted", Marc told her on the drive. "Really?! Thank you so much for arranging that. If they win, I'd like to be there", she said excitedly. "And if not?", Marc chuckled a little. They have known each other long enough for him to laugh a little at things like that. "Then I'll wait. I don't think it would do anyone any good if I was there like a mom for their child. Because I've never been down there before, you know? I think It would look strange", she explained. He didn't fully understand but Marc agreed anyway. It was her decision.

At the stadium, the way to the booth felt long and people were screaming all sorts of things at her but Taylor didn't care. She was here to support her man. Meeting Donna, Ed, and Jason there was fun too. She could finally ask them some stuff without Travis right there and she did get some embarrassing stories out of them before the game started. The energy was incredible today. From the first minute on, everyone was focused. Jason smiled to himself every time he noticed Taylor smile down at his brother with these heart eyes even if he was literally doing nothing. "If they make it, I'd go down there with you if that's okay?", Taylor asked Donna when it began to look like a win. "Oh, of course! Does he know? He's gonna be so happy to see you there", Travis' mom smiled. "I hinted at the fact that I'd want to do that but he doesn't know, no", Taylor explained. Donna nodded before their attention was back on the game.

And they did win. The Chiefs qualified for another Super Bowl. It was an eruption of screems, chants, and applause that shook the whole stadium. Taylor couldn't get the proud smile out of her face. Her man made it happen. And now she could go and tell him how proud she was. Donna showed her the way surrounded by security. Taylor was nervous. What if something would go wrong? It was crowded down there and emotions were running high. Or what if he wouldn't want her there because he wanted to celebrate with his team? She didn't want to steal the show or anything. As soon as she entered the field, her heart started racing. This was so crazy. But Donna stayed calm for her and kept walking towards Travis.

He spotted his mom and only a second later, he noticed Taylor right behind her. Travis could not hide the big smile creeping up immediately. But he hugged his mom first before pulling Taylor to his chest. "You're here", he mumbled into her ear. She just nodded feeling safe as soon as his arms were around her. "Thank you for coming!", he smiled after looking at her. "I'm so happy for you!", she answered hiding in another hug. She didn't even notice how many cameras were pointed at them. That wasn't important. "I love you", he told her in between kisses making her grin even wider. His arm stayed wrapped around her waist when Ed showed up to congratulate. The men hugged quickly and Taylor felt so much like she was a part of all this.

He didn't leave her side for a good while hugging, shaking hands, and talking to others. She congratulated some of the other players too and finally let him go for a moment. Taylor stayed by Donna's side while Travis made another round through the crowd. "Tay, I'll leave now. I'll go with the guys", he came back to let her know. "Have fun, love you", she quickly mumbled into a hug before letting him go. She couldn't believe that even at that moment, he thought of her. He didn't leave her wondering where he might've gone. Instead, he had come back through all the people just to let her know that he was leaving the field now. She was beaming with joy when her security led her and Donna off the field again. "He's so... argh", Taylor couldn't say nothing but also couldn't find the right words. Donna smiled giving her a side hug.

Because this was only a week before the Super Bowl, the after-party was set at the hotel and was supposed to be shorter and calmer than usual. Taylor arrived before the team, so she went over to Brittany who welcomed her with a warm hug. "Saw you down there. I'm sure Travis was so happy to see you", she noted. "It was so crazy. I've never done anything like that", Taylor told her and so they got into an excited conversation about what it was like to celebrate on the field until the team finally arrived. Everyone cheered for them and Travis instantly scanned the room for his girlfriend. Finding her at Brit's side made him smile. Taylor grinned at him when she saw him making his way over to her. Pat followed right behind him and the women disappeared in their men's arms for a moment.

"Thank you so much for doing that! I love you! I was so happy to see you down there! And with mom. Thank you", Travis told her not letting go too soon. Taylor held him tight too smiling into his chest. "I love you. I wanted to have one test run in case you guys win the whole damn thing next week", she said. "You'd do that again?!", he asked surprised. "Of course! I was nervous before but your mom is the best and when I could kiss you, I just felt like my heart was gonna explode", she smiled blushing. "Urgh, I love you so much! I'll win this Super Bowl just to have you down there again", he said kissing her.

"We win the Super Bowl", Pat corrected from the side making them all chuckle. Taylor was still blushing when Travis finally found his spot next to her rather than all around her. The others found it cute. None of them thought she was any bad for the game, the team, the NFL, or Travis. As much as some Brads and Chads were trying to blame her for god knows what. Noone here cared. She was just Taylor, Travis' girlfriend. Nothing else mattered tonight.

And like that, the night went on. Taylor might've had one drink too much when she decided to dance. Because this wasn't a club. It was more like a bar and therefore, they didn't have a dance floor. But she was unbothered making her way up to Travis who just now noticed the not-so-straight line she took to get to him. "Hey baby", he smiled. Taylor grinned with this mischievous twinkle in her eyes. He immediately knew she was up to something. And moments later, he knew what her plan was. His girlfriend continued to dance or at least somehow move to the beat, her hands pulling him closer and her hips straddling his pretty obviously. "Okay, Tay, you need a water", he chuckled noticing Pat's look from a few feet away.

"No, I need you", she smirked continuing to move her body against his. "Baby", he tried to gently push her aside but she was stubborn. "Don't you love me?", she asked making a puppy face. "I do love you and that's exactly why you should stop that right now", he said but Taylor just giggled not even recognizing that there were people around. "Taylor, if you don't stop this right now, I'm gonna tease you for the rest of the night and never let you finish", he mumbled into her ear. The look on her face was priceless. "No, you wouldn't", she said in disbelief. "Do you wanna find out?", he asked, and that finally made her take her spot next to him a little bummed. "Good girl", he whispered into her ear making her look at him surprised. But he ignored her and got a glass of water for his girlfriend instead.

"Do you wanna leave soon?", he suggested making her smirk at him with the half-emptied glass in her hand. "So it didn't leave you indifferent, hm?", she asked putting her arms on the table in a way that pushed her boobs up a little. Of course, he noticed. "Who said I'm not just tired?", he joked making her doubt herself because her drunk head couldn't comprehend his sarcasm. "You'll never be able to do that in a way that leaves me indifferent", he then added walking around the table to lead her through the room and say goodbye to some of the others. "Don't stay up too long, it was a tiring game", Pat winked making Travis blush a little. His friend had watched them and he knew that. Taylor said goodbye to Brit too and soon the couple made their way to the hotel room. Entering the elevator, Taylor suddenly felt overwhelmed by tiredness.

A big yawn escaped her making Travis smile. Maybe they should actually just go to bed. "C'mon baby, let's go", he said when the doors opened on their floor. She let him lead her through the hallway and into his room. And every teasing was forgotten as soon as the door closed. They just went to the bathroom and then slid under the warm blanket. "I love you, Allie", he whispered making her smile. He had called her that occasionally since he had come up with this nickname and every time, it left her with a giddy grin. "I love you too", she answered cuddling closer before closing her eyes.
