Adrien had slipped away to the bathroom in the middle of everyone telling their summer plans. Just knowing he wasn't going to be able to be there to enjoy everyone's company until who knows when was enough to upset him.
Plagg, for once, didn't know what to say and just looked at him solemnly, patting his hand in sympathy.
Kagami had realised he was gone earlier and came and found him.
'Adrien...' she sighed. 'What are you doing in here?'
Adrien sighed. 'Isn't it obvious? I don't want to hear any more. I won't be able to be with my friends anymore or make any more memories with them. And it just upsets me...'
Kagami hugged him. 'I know Adrien. It upsets me too. But we want our last week with our friends to be happy, right? We don't want them to have sad memories of our last week with them.'

Adrien sighed as he hugged her back. 'Yeah, you're right...I'm just so angry at my father for forcing me into this! I almost wish I could be akumatised, to teach him a lesson! Maybe he would listen to the superheroes of Paris!'
'Of which you are one, don't forget!' Plagg reminded him.
'Your Kwami is right' Kagami replied. 'Don't risk that Adrien. But what are you going to do about your Kwami?' she asked him.
'I will have to give him to the only one I would trust with the black cat miraculous. Which I will do on Friday afternoon after school. Since we're leaving Saturday morning' Adrien replied.
'Good idea. Paris still needs a black cat hero' Kagami replied. 'But let's go back and see our friends now. They might be wondering where we got to.'
Adrien sighed, smiled and nodded. 'You're right my princess. Let's go' Adrien replied as Kagami squeezed his hand and Plagg flew back into his jacket as they headed back upstairs.
While Adrien was gone, Nino had told Arnaka and the others from Jacques Thibaud the bad news.
'Oh, poor lad!' Arnaka said. 'I wouldn't have asked everyone's plans if I'd known. He must be so sad to leave the only home he's ever known. And Kagami too.'
'Yeah, she was so socially awkward when she first started to make friends but she's come such a long way since then' Marinette said sadly, remembering the Friendship Scavenger Hunt they did together years ago.

Adrien and Kagami came back upstairs just then as everyone looked at them sadly.
'Oh, Adrien and Kagami, we just heard the news! I'm so sorry!' Amber said sadly as she hugged them both.
'I know. We're not happy about it either' Adrien replied.
'We'll all miss you, mi amigos' Joshua added as everyone nodded sadly.
