Back on the plane, once Adrien was seated and the staircase was moved away from the door, Adrien turned to Maurice. ‘Please let me have my phone so I can tell my friend so he doesn’t worry about me!’

Maurice had his headphones on and couldn’t hear him so looked at him puzzled, so Adrien gave him a pleading look and made a phone signal with his hand.
Maurice smiled as he took Adrien’s phone out of his pocket and gave it to him.
‘Thank you!’ Adrien smiled gratefully as he saw the missed call from Luka and furrowed his brow as he unlocked it and called him back.
Kagami was doing the same thing with Marinette.

Back on the Liberty, both Luka and Marinette got a call back at the same time around 4:30pm.
‘It’s Adrien!’ Luka smiled.
‘And Kagami!’ Marinette smiled too as they walked away from the group and took the calls.
The gang all wondered what had happened when Jessica looked over at the cake Kim had bought.
‘Hey, why is the cake melting?’ she asked, puzzled.
Max dipped his finger in the goop and tasted it.

‘Kiiim! You bought an ice-cream cake!’ he exclaimed.
‘Oh’ Kim replied. ‘I wondered why that fridge I got it out of was so cold.’
‘Ugh, Kiiiim...’ everyone sighed as they facepalmed.
Kim found a paper bowl and spoon. ‘Well, waste not, want not! Who’s for some cake soup?’ he said as he nudged Max.
‘Ugh, no thanks...’ Max replied.
‘I’ll pass...’ Jessica said as she wrinkled her nose.
Kim shrugged. ‘Eh. More for me!’ he grinned as he loaded his bowl and started eating.
Luka and Marinette came back with sad expressions.
‘What’s keeping them?’ Nino asked.
‘I’m afraid that... Adrien’s Dad put him on the plane to London early’ Luka sighed.
