Meanwhile, at the Le Grand Paris Hotel, Zoe, Jessica and Aeon came out of their rooms excitedly and met in the hall with their presents and food for the baby shower.
They passed Chloe in the hall. ‘Where are you three losers off too?’ she asked.
‘What’d you call me?’ Jess growled as Aeon held her back.
‘Sabine’s baby shower’ Zoe simply stated.
‘Who?’ Chloe asked wrinkling her nose.
‘Marinette’s mom?’ Aeon added.
‘Ugh, you mean that baker girl’s mom is having another loser baker child?’ Chloe groaned.

‘The baby isn’t a loser!’ Jessica replied angrily.
‘Hey, I calls em how I sees em’ Chloe replied.
‘There’s only one loser here’ Jess sneered. ‘And I’m looking at her!’
‘How dare you!’ Chloe replied in a huff. ‘Leave my sight this instant!’

They walked off as Chloe stared daggers at them.
‘Humph!’ she said as she sauntered off in the other direction.
Meanwhile, at around 1:15, Marinette had left Gina at the meeting point with her stroller box to wait for the rest of the baby shower guests to arrive. She went home and made sure her Mom was ready to go for her walk.
Alya had texted her around 1:25 that all the guests had shown up and met Gina around the corner.
