Marc and Nathaniel had picked up Ann-Marie at 6:15 and walked together to the performing arts school.

‘Oh, we’re seeing Marinette’s new baby brother at 9:30am at Lariboisere Hospital’ Nathaniel smiled.
‘Oh wow, she has a brother?’ Ann-Marie smiled.
‘Yeah!’ Marc replied. ‘Totally forgot you don’t have an Alias until tomorrow!’ he chuckled.
‘It’s all good! That’s so cool!’ Ann-Marie smiled. ‘I’ll have work tomorrow afternoon but my morning is free.’
‘Cool! We’ll pick you up from your place at 9am tomorrow and walk over together!’ Nathaniel smiled.
‘Sounds like a plan!’ Ann-Marie grinned.
When they got to the performing arts school, they saw Marinette, Tom, Rolland, Gina as well as Celeste who had come in her own car.
Rolland didn’t want to sit near Gina and she didn’t want to sit near him either, so Gina sat on the end of a row towards the back with Marinette next to her, Nathaniel next to Marinette, Marc next to him, Ann-Marie next to Marc, Celeste next to Ann-Marie and then Tom and Rolland on the other end of the row.
As it was 10 minutes before the show started, Nathaniel got up, saying he needed to use the restroom. Ann-Marie saw this as a perfect time to talk to Marc about how he was feeling about the dance the weekend after next.
‘Hey Marc?’ she asked.
‘Yes Ann-Marie?’ Marc replied.
‘I was just wondering how you were feeling about going to the dance with Nathaniel in just over a week. He did ask you to the dance, right?’ Ann-Marie smiled.
‘Yeah, he did...’ Marc blushed as Ann-Marie smiled at the twinkle in his eye and smiled.

‘Well that’s great!’ she smiled. ‘I’m sure you’ll have such a fun time dancing together!’
‘Yeah...’ Marc smiled. ‘I wonder if we’ll have our first actual kiss?’
