Katara's cries for Aang woke Iskra up immediately. Sweat covering her body and scorch marks surrounded the grass where she just laid.

"What happened, where's Zuko?" Sokka and Yue landed next to Katara with Appa.

"He took Aang, he took him right out from under me," Katara explained as Iskra made her way towards them.

Momo ran up to Iskra, hugging her leg when he saw how distressed she was. She smiled, falling to her knees as Momo crawled in to her lap.

"I can't believe I lost him," Katara sighed.

"I lost him too Katara," Iskra rested a hand on her shoulder. "It's not your fault."

"You two did everything you could and now we need to do everything we can to get him back," Sokka made his way towards Appa. "Zuko can't have gotten far, we'll find him, Aangs gonna be fine."

"Ok," Katara nodded.

They stood up, grabbing their jackets for extra warmth and climbing onto Appa, but Momo didn't move. He stayed.

"It's all right, you stay here Momo in case Aang comes back," Katara smiled.

"Yip yip!" Sokka called and Appa took flight, heading over the mountains; behind the tribe.

The skies were dark and the wind was covered by falling snow; making it near impossible to see. There's no way someone could survive out here, not for long.

"Don't worry, Prince Zuko can't be getting too far in this weather," Yue tried to offer Katara solitude.

"I'm not worried they'll get away, I'm worried that they won't," Katara admitted.

"They're not gonna die in this blizzard, if we know anything it's that Zuko never gives up, they'll survive and we'll find them," Sokka reassured her.

"He's a firebender, if the weather becomes too much he'll find shelter and keep warm with a fire, trust me," Iskra said.

Truth was she didn't really trust herself. She knew Zuko would be okay, she just didn't trust that she was thinking of Zuko instead of Aang.

"If you get me on the ground I can feel where they are!" Iskra yelled over the harsh climate.

Appa went down, landing on the snow and Iskra immediately jumped off whilst everyone stayed on the safety of his saddle.

She placed her hands on the snow, digging till they reached the earth. With closed eyes, weary breath and a thumping chest, she found them.

Iskra rumbled the earth, creating a clear path with no snow. The ground began to twist and mould to her feet, dragging her along the path and to Zuko and Aang. The others followed on Appa, staying in the sky.

The snow began to slow, leaving the horizon clear and Aang in Zukos arms; tied up and helpless even though he was awake.

With a tap of her fingers along the skimming earth they captured Zukos body, squeezing till he fell to the ground in pain and releasing.

Iskra ran to Aang, untying him quickly. He jumped onto Appa; rope still on his legs that Sokka took because of its good quality.

Zuko stood, showing no signs of attacking her, just standing.

"We have to go Iskra, the spirits are in trouble!" Aang yelled.

She didn't move, staring face to face with Zuko. Everyone voiced their complains at her slow pace but with one look over her shoulder they went silent.
