Violet moves around rapidly, trying to get out of the grip she's being held in. She's sitting on a chair, her feet tied to the chairs legs, and her hands are tied together behind her.
She has a blindfold in her mouth, stopping her from screaming. The room is empty. Nothing except an extremely bright light in it.
(typical movie kidnapping stuff yk)
She moves around in her chair, and eventually ends up falling on her side with a painful groan.
A tear escapes her eye but she quickly stops crying. To her, only babies cry. That's how she grew up. She grew up learning to suck it up.
A door opens behind her and her eyes shoot open. She tries looking behind her, but she can't bend that way.
She gasps a little when she feels her chair get out on it's four legs again. Someone with a ski mask sits on the chair in front of her, and Violet whines.
She tries screaming, but it's muffled by the blindfold. The person reaches forward and Violet moves her head because she doesn't want them to touch her, but the person was quicker.
The person stares straight into Violets eyes with a threatening look. "I'll remove the blindfold. Only if you shut up." The person demands.
Violets eyes widen at the voice. She recognizes it immediately. She nods. She knows this person, and their strength.
The person removes her blindfold and Violet stays silent. "Why're you doing this to me, Jacob?" Violet says in a low tone, trying to prevent herself from crying.
Usually, she'd never cry. She'd not even tear up. But right now, the tears were begging to be let out.
"I miss you." Jacob removes his ski mask, revealing his face and hair. His brunette hair falls onto his light skin. His pink, plump lips move as he speaks. And his green eyes bore a hole straight through Violets soul.
"We broke up ten fucking years ago, Jacob." Violet grows angry, but keeps it in. Jacob notices the change in her voice, tho.
"Don't raise your fucking voice!" He shouts, standing up abruptly and bending down to be face to face with Violet.
"I know we broke up a long time ago. And I know you haven't heard from me in a while. But I miss you. Is that so bad?" He asks, forcing a faux sad tone.
"It's bad if you're a fucking psychopath." Violet spits, holding straight eye contact with him.
"We are over. Discussion over, now let me fucking go if you don't want the police to be alerted." Violet threatens.
She's strong and stubborn. She's not scared a lot. Right now, she's terrified. For her life.
She knows the best way to react to psychopaths, is to stay calm and keep on a firm tone.
