(WAIT CUZ LIKE I TOTALLY FORGOT THEY WERE IN THEIR LAST YEAR AT SCHOOL LMAO. we're gonna ignore that and we're gonna act like they've been 16-17 throughout this whole story🙂[yes I changed it in the introduction] so I'm gonna add like their last year including prom in future chapters and since I still have a lot planned it won't affect anything on the story itself except their ages🤷🏼‍♀️)

Violet sits down with an eye roll and a sigh.

She's been together with Matt for about two weeks and she couldn't help but notice that they fight way too often to be healthy. It's crazy.

Like now, for example.

"I don't know what you want from me, Matt!" She shouts rather loudly, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I just want you to understand what I mean!" Matt yells back.

Violet has really been trying her best to not break down in the middle of their fights they've had for a week now, and she mostly succeeds until at night when she has to sleep in the guest bedroom and sob her heart out.

She hasn't self harmed because of their fights yet, tho.

Which is good because that means she can hold stronger than she thought she could.

"But I don't! What did I do?!" Her voice cracks a little as she loses her poker face.

Matt scoffs, "What did you do?! Too much! You did way too much! Why we're so fucking close to him, hm?!" Matt yells.

It's really weird that Matt's yelling at Violet, especially after everything he knows she's been through with her family.

Violet flinches when Matt takes a step closer to her, and defends herself, "I didn't do shit! I swear, Matt!" She yells, her last sentence coming out more pleading because she hates fighting. Especially with Matt.

"I saw it! You were smiling at him and you were staring at him with your love stare! You don't even look at me like that!" Matt yells, his poker face not changing one bit.

Which made Violet believe he was for real.

"I do! You're the one that's always focused on something else lately!" Violets voice breaks harder, and she can't help tears pricking in her eyes.

"Because I have a fucking life, Violet! Unlike you, I actually have a fucking life!!" Matts voice raises way harder now, making Violet flinch once again.

Violet bites on her bottom lip in attempt to stop the tears from falling, but one tear dropped.

"Don't fucking cry like a little bitch now, Violet!" Matt shouts, making more tears drop from Violets eyes.

"I thought you loved me, Matt." Violet sobs before covering her face with her sleeve and running as quick as possible to the guest bedroom.

Once in the bedroom, she slams the door shut and slides against it with her back as she breaks out into sobs.
