The seats next to Jungkook were taken up by a few boys.

"I heard that our school's Beauty Queen will be on stage today as well." One of the boys sounded very excited.

"Are you referring to Yoo Daisy from Foreign Language?" The bespectacled boy next to him was excited as well. "I heard that she is good with the piano. Is that what she will be performing in a little while?"

"Our Beauty Queen is multi-talented. She can dance too. And she is pretty and classy. I don't understand why Wang Jackson turned her down." The boy with his hair dyed brown elbowed Jackson sitting next to him. "The Beauty Queen asked you out a few times, but you turned her down every time. You really don't like her?"

"Never mind about the Beauty Queen. Jackson likes Lisa of the Chinese Department," said the bespectacled boy. "I accompanied Jackson to profess his fondness to Lisa the other day."

As soon as Lisa's name was mentioned, Jungkook looked up and glanced over at the boys next to him quickly. His lips pinched shut tightly.

"Who's Lisa? Is she even prettier than our Beauty Queen?" The brown-haired boy was very curious. "There's no way. Our Beauty Queen was elected as the school beauty. Everybody unanimously agreed that she was the prettiest. How could this Lisa be prettier than her?"

The bespectacled boy gave him a look of contempt. "Lisa is more lowkey normally. Someone took a photo of her and posted it to the school forum. That was when the rest of us found out that there is such a pretty girl at our university. The Beauty Queen does not measure up to her remotely."

"That being said, our Brother Wang is not someone who'd just judge a book by its cover. He's not a shallow person who only likes Lisa for her looks."

The bespectacled boy said, "You have no idea. Brother Wang made a point to find out about Lisa's schedule and purposefully walked past her classroom every day pretending that he just happened to run into her. On top of that, he had been waiting at the entrance of the school everyday just to be able to take a glance at her."

"No way. For real? Is he really talking about you, Brother Wang?" The brown-haired boy had a dirty smile on his face. "I am guessing that you scored the girl? There are no girls who don't like you at our school."

"I am guessing that Lisa likes you too and agreed to go out with you?"

Next to them, Jungkook's lips were pinched shut tightly. His pitch-black eyes stared viciously back and forth at the boys. They were making things up. Lili only liked him.

The brown-haired boy was smacked by the bespectacled boy. "You talk too much. She turned Brother Wang down."

"Brother Kuo was turned down?" The brown-haired boy stuck his head over to Jackson and said, "Say it ain't so. You are rich and handsome and only had three girlfriends in the past. You are known to be a good man. What doesn't she like about you? Does she have eye problems? What kind of men does she like?"

"You have eye problems."

A low and angry male voice came from next to them.

The boys looked over and saw a good-looking boy in a red hoodie looking at them, giving them the creeps.

Jackson looked at Jungkook and studied him closely. He asked suddenly, "You know Lisa?"

Jungkook was blowing up like a puppy trying to defend its food. He said viciously, "Mine. Lili mine."

Jackson felt that Jungkook talked like a child and was very odd. He looked at him again and felt that the boy in the red hoodie was different from others.

Nevertheless, Jungkook had already lowered his head and ignored Jackson.

Jackson put aside his suspicious feelings.

The school anniversary performances had begun.

The first performance was a dance number by their school's Beauty Queen. It was obvious that the Beauty Queen was very popular at school due to the waves of applause along with cheering that she received as soon she had gotten on stage.

"The Beauty Queen is so pretty, and her dancing was amazing." Those around them praised.

Jackson only glanced at it a few times and didn't pay attention to the dancing Beauty Queen at all.

He noticed that the boy in the red hoodie had his head lowered the entire time. He never said anything nor did he look at the Beauty Queen on stage as though he had no interest at all.

It wasn't until the host had announced that it was the Role Reversal Cinderella performance by Class #1 of the Chinese Department that the boy in the red hoodie finally looked up and looked intensely at the stage.
