It was already dark when Lisa and Jungkook got home.

Lisa was surprised to find out that Eunha was there as well.

"Lali, you guys are back?" She smiled and greeted Lisa from the living room.

She realized that it had been a while since she had last seen Eunha, and her shock continued as she discovered that Eunha had plastic surgery. Her nose bridge had been raised, and her chin had changed quite a bit as well. It was quite obvious that she had work done on her face. Even with the plastic surgery, however, her appearance still didn't quite measure up to the days when she had the halo.

She was just a little better looking than her original look and was less 'blah.'

Mother Jeon finally looked more relaxed when she saw that Lisa and her son were back. "You're back? How was your trip? Did you have fun? Are you tired? Come and have a seat."

Eunha felt bitter and jealous seeing how Mother Jeon was haughty and cold toward her but very passionate and caring toward Lisa.

The very next second, she recalled the dream that she had the night before and became happy. She knew that Mother Jeon would regret preferring Lisa later on.

She had another realistic dream the night before. She dreamt that Lisa had taken off from the Jeon family and was in a relationship with another handsome man. She was chatting and laughing with that man, while Jungkook was lying in bed, ill.

Lisa would cheat on Jungkook.

All of Eunha's bitterness was gone when she remembered that.

Right then, a servant brought down a suitcase. "First Young Madam, here are all of your clothes."

Eunha nodded and said, "Thank you."

She stood up and took the suitcase from the servant. She had returned this time to pick up the remainder of her clothes as well as to find out how Lisa was doing.

Mother Jeon was so blind and treated Lisa like she was her own daughter. Mother Jeon thought that Lisa would be nice to Jungkook if she treated her nicely and that Lisa would stay with the Jeon family. It never occurred to her that Lisa would take off from Jungkook and the Jeon family in the future.

Just you wait. The nicer Mother Jeon was to Lisa and the more the Jeon family members doted on Lisa, the more regretful and hateful they would feel toward Lisa in the future.

She would wait for the day when the Lu family regretted being nice to Lisa and come to despise her.

Lisa could feel Eunha looking at her as though she was mocking her.

Lisa was baffled.

Mother Jeon finally cheered up after Eunha had taken off with her suitcase. She smiled and said to Lisa, "So tell Mom. How were the last two days......"

That night, Lisa frowned when she recalled that hostile look from Eunha.

It felt like Eunha knew something that she didn't and that she was waiting for the day that something bad would happen to Lisa.

Lisa harrumphed in displeasure.

Inside the kitchen, Mother Jeon was standing next to her son and looking at him, feeling at peace.

Her son had grown so much and had learned to take care of others.

Next to him, Aunt Hua was coaching him. "Young Master, you can add in the brown sugar when the water starts to boil. If Young Madam doesn't mind the taste of ginger, you can add some of those as well."

Mother Jeon didn't know how to cook either. Thus, she nodded along with Jungkook when they heard Aunt Hua's instructions.

Mother Jeon was happy to see her son taking care of Lisa. She was also pleased to see that Lisa and Jungkook were growing closer to each other as each day went by.

They were all indicative of her son's improving condition.

Meanwhile, Jungkook was stirring the brown sugar soup inside the pot clumsily. His pitch-black eyes brightened when he saw the bubbles rising.

"Okay, it's ready, Young Master. You can pour the brown sugar soup out now." Aunty Hua instructed him patiently. She had wanted to help him, but he had declined her help.

Jungkook carefully poured the brown sugar soup into a small, white ceramic bowl. Mother Jeon quickly pulled out her cell phone. Not only did she take a photo of her son's tall back inside the kitchen, but she had also taken a photo of the brown sugar soup that her son had prepared.

She posted the photos to her friend's circle excitedly. "The son is growing up. He had learned how to take care of his wife."
