"Let's go and get your wound cleaned up at the hospital." Even though Jungkook's wound was very minor, it was caused by metal. It would be best if they go and have it cleaned to prevent any infections. She wondered if he would need an injection.

Suddenly, a middle-aged man came running to them and snatched the little boy out of Jungkook's hand. "He's my son!"

The man, holding tightly onto the little boy's hand, looked at them in a mean way.

"Mister, your son was left alone in a private room. We helped him get out of there." Lisa was going to help the little boy look for his parents, but fortunately, one of his parents had already shown up.

Looking embarrassed, the man said, "Oh, thank you."

Having said that, he turned around and smacked the little boy a couple times over his hand. "Didn't I tell you not to run around on your own? Why couldn't you just do as you were told? I had to look for you all over the place."

Lisa frowned when she saw that.

The little boy did not cry when he was hit. Instead, he kept his head lowered and said nothing. That did not seem like the reaction of a normal child.

Lisa suddenly turned to look at Jungkook. She suddenly noticed that the little boy was acting very similar to Jungkook.

Was that why the little boy let Jungkook hold his hand? He felt that Jungkook was the same as him?

The middle-aged man brought the little boy with him as he continued to scold him.

Jungkook's lips were pinched shut. There was blankness and displeasure in his eyes as he watched the little boy being brought away.

Lisa sighed, held his hand, and said, "Let's head to the hospital."

The bodyguard quickly added, "The car is parked just across from here."

Lisa nodded. She was just about to walk over to the car while holding Jungkook's hand when she saw a familiar face as she turned around.

The girl was staggering and was being dragged into a car.

Lisa was stunned. That was Taehyung's girlfriend!

What a coincidence!

Lisa felt that her heart could leap out of her throat. Her hand that was holding onto Jungkook's was clammy. She remembered that today was the day of her accident as per the news.

Lisa hadn't expected that she would run into Taehyung's girlfriend

Did that mean she had the opportunity to save her?

She didn't think much before she walked over briskly with Jungkook in tow.

"Professor, I...... I can go home on my own."

Jennie felt dizzy. She was made to have a few drinks by her classmates during the banquet. Then there was the fire, and her professor dragged her out with him. Before she could even recover from the shock, she felt dizzy from the alcohol that she had earlier.

The professor would not let go of her. He shoved her inside the car, and with cheeks red, he said under the obvious influence of the alcohol, "It's alright. It's on my way."

Having said that, he quickly shoved the person into the backseat of the car and closed the door regardless of Jennie's objection.

He hurried back to the driver's seat, and right when he was about to close the door, someone grabbed his car door open.

A pretty face of a girl appeared in front of him.

The girl's skin was fair, her features delicate, her lips red, and her teeth white. Just one look and one could tell that even her eyes were so pretty they looked like there were star fragments inside of them. Just one look from her could make one's knees buckle.

"You are......" The professor stopped himself from scolding her.

She knew that the professor's last name was Yuan from the news.

She dragged over Jungkook and stood in front of the car door.

Curving her lips a little, Lisa put on a very innocent look and said, "Professor Yuan, he's hurt. Can you please take us to the hospital?"

"You are my students?" Professor Yuan adjusted his spectacles, but he wasn't able to see clearly because of the alcohol in his system. "Go get your own ride. I am busy right now."

Having said that, he wanted to close the door to the car.
