Just like what Lisa had expected, they had to take off that afternoon.

When Lisa and Jungkook took the elevator down, they happened to run into Taehyung, who was also heading downstairs.

"Young Master Jungkook, Miss Lisa." Taehyung had on a blue vest with a white shirt under it. Sunny and handsome, it didn't seem like there was anything wrong with him at all.

Lisa smiled and nodded at him as a greeting.

As the elevator doors closed, Taehyung moved and stood behind Jungkook and Lisa. He then pulled out his cell phone and sent a voice message. "I'm about to head out. I should be home before nighttime. Don't worry about me."

Standing in front of him, a strange look crossed Lisa's eyes. She turned around and asked Taehyung with a smile, "Were you sending a voice message to your girlfriend?"

Taehyung stroked his phone shyly. "Yeah, I am used to letting her know where I am when I am out and about."

Lisa blinked. "That's very sweet of you. Not very many boyfriends are that sweet."

Standing next to her, Jungkook's hand that was holding onto Lisa's tightened. Pinching his lips shut, he sort of understood what they were saying but not really. Not really knowing why, all he knew was that he needed to report back to Lisa about his whereabouts when he was traveling.

He made a mental note and added it to his list named 'ways on how to woo Lili.'

Taehyung became even more shy after he heard that. "It gives her more sense of security that way."

Jungkook listened to the conversation attentively. Right. He had no idea what 'sense of security' was, but anything good that someone else has, Lili must have as well. He wanted to provide that for Lili also.

Lisa smiled. "Can you show me a photo of your girlfriend? I am kind of curious what Assistant Kim's girlfriend looks like."

Taehyung was more than happy to talk about his girlfriend with someone else. "Sure." He quickly opened up his photo album, which was filled with photos of him and his girlfriend.

In the photo was a cute and delicate girl. Lisa's eyes dimmed a little as she praised her, "She's very pretty."

Now she was certain that Taehyung's deceased girlfriend was the same girl that she had met before when she traveled to the past. She had passed away in an accident by now.

Taehyung was very happy when he heard Lisa praising his girlfriend, happier than when someone paid him a compliment. "Nini would certainly be very happy if she hears that."

His girlfriend had always told him that girls like compliments. The more, the merrier.

Lisa asked tentatively. "I'd love to meet your girlfriend when the opportunity arises. I'm sure she is a lovely girl."

There was a slight disappointment in Taehyung's eyes. However, he managed to smile again the next second. "I hope that day will come as well."

Lisa quickly noted the look in Taehyung's eyes. She noticed that Taehyung did not have a mental problem. He knew that his girlfriend was no longer around. He just didn't want to admit to it.

Taehyung only pretended that his girlfriend was still around.

Lisa did not continue to pursue the issue.

Their group had already gathered by the time they got down to the lobby. Sister Huang was there, handing out specialties from her hometown. She had brought a whole suitcase full with her.

"I wish you two all the best." Sister Huang saw that Lisa was beautiful, while Jungkook was tall and handsome. The two of them truly made a good couple together.

Lisa took the specialty from her, smiled, and said, "Thank you."

Tzuyu, too, got the specialty. She didn't walk over to Lisa. Instead, she walked over to Taehyung. "You can have mine too."

Taehyung was baffled.

Listening to what Sister Huang had said the night before, she learned that Taehyung was a very faithful person. She was very touched. The more she looked at him, the more she felt bad for him. "I can't have peanuts. I'm allergic to them. This has peanut filling. Have mine too. I don't want it to go to waste."

Taehyung, with the specialty shoved into his arms, was about to say something, but Tzuyu had already walked away.

Well, never mind. Aunty Fang liked peanut-flavored snacks quite a bit. He could give it to her.
