It's December 27th, Chris and I woke up about an hour ago and had breakfast and I'm now about to call my doctor to tell him about the positive pregnancy tests, I took two yesterday and one this morning and they all came out positive, let's see what the doctor says...

"Ready to call?" Chris says coming back from the studio kissing my shoulder as he comes to sit next to me on the couch
"Yeah"

Good morning Dr. Morgan, it's Sofia Evans

Mrs Evans, hello. Hope you had a nice Christmas!

We did thanks, hope you did aswell!

How can I help, is something wrong with the medication?

On the contrary, I'm pregnant, took seven tests!

I'm happy to hear that Mrs Evans, so you're calling for an appointment?

Lucky you I just got an opening for this afternoon if you're free

Very well, we'll do some blood tests and a transvaginal ultrasound, how many weeks does the tests say you are if it's one of those?

Uhm 1 to 3 weeks

And when did you take it?

Christmas morning and it said negative and when we came back that night it was positive and so I took more, even one this morning

I cose the call and put my phone down on the coffee table
"So? What did he say?" Chris asks taking my hands in his
"We've got an appointment at three pm today"
"That's fast, cool!"
"He said it just opened up"
"Good so what do you want to do right now?"
Normally I'd go to work but I decided to stay close today as well, open tomorrow and then stay closed the 31st and the 1st of January before getting back in my normal schedule.
"Don't know...got something in mind?"
"Wanna go do some shopping?"
"Really?"
"Yeah we could go do that at that cute little mall, grab some lunch and then go to the appointment" he says talking about a nice mall in a little town near us.
"Then it's settled!"
"Alright, let's go get ready" he says pecking my lisp and going upstairs, me following right behind.

It took us 40 minutes to get there because of traffic but we made it.
"Here we go, where to start first?"
"Zara?"
"Yeah, I think I should get some new nice sweaters..."
"You should cause there at least three that are good to throw out cause they are so warned"
"Yeah"
So hand in hand we walk to Zara and I start looking around first in the men section so Chris can find what he needs. He gets a knitted white one, a plain blue one and a nice green tone one and head he tries them in I decided to start looking for something for myself.
I find a cute long skirt that seems comfy and grab my size, then I move to the dresses and I really want a couple of winter dresses. There's a few ones that look pretty warm and as I'm looking through them Chris comes back
"Fit?"
"Yup! What are you looking at?"
"I really want to get a couple of these dresses, but I don't know which ones...thoughts?"
"I think this one would look good on you" he says grabbing a long black dress with white and orange flowers on it
"I like to, and then maybe this grey one?"
"Uh uh, let's go try them on"
