A/n Took the weekend to stay with the family and work is just so freaking busy (luckily) so bear with me...

As our anniversary gift Chris and I decided to take a little trip to the mountains near home, taking Jade with us of course. We stayed pretty close to home and decided it was best to go now cause being before the holidays there won't be as many people.
We found a nice hotel with a spa, we don't want to ski, when we used to go we would, but this time we just want to relax plus we have the baby so skiing would be a bit impractical cause we would have to take turns... It's just a four days trip, we arrived last afternoon with our car, we left Dodger with Sebastian and Sam, they've been begging to dog sit him so we took the opportunity!
Yesterday we just chilled a bit after unpacking and had and aperitif on the balcony looking over the mountains and it was simply perfect cause it was even sunset time

While today we opted for the spa, or at least I opted for the spa while Chris decided to take a nice walk with Jade, looking over the cute shops into town, he just took the time to snap a picture of me, but once I was done of course I sent him to the pool so he could relax while I went back to our bedroom, took a shower and also bathed Jade and put her in a warm outfit to go out to dinner.

As for the rest of our vacation, our number one priority was just relax. We took long walks int the snow, all bundled up of course, shopped a little we found cute Christmas outfits for us and also some gifts for family. We stopped and drank hot chocolate, we saw some horses going around in the snow with their owners, I don't know why but seeing horses in the snow feels magical!
We let Jade feel the snow, we all did snow angels of course! The first day we out some snow on her hand she cried but the next day when we tried again she was smiling and was trying to put the snow in her mouth or playing with the tiny piece she had in her hand.
We seriously had an amazing time here and we want to come back, maybe with the whole family, it would be so good to do it again like we used to when we were teens.
