This morning I wake up with the smell of coffee filling my nostrils and sweet soft lips laying tiny kisses on my neck "There she is, my birthday queen" "Mhm...morning..." "Happy birthday baby" "Thanks..." I say rolling over to my other side so I'm facing Chris "How did you sleep?" "Good, only had to get up twice to pee" "Felt that" "Sorry for keeping you up" "I don't care baby" he says kissing my head With the baby getting bigger and starting to push in my bladder I always get up a few times each night to go to the bathroom.
We snuggle more in bed as he sips his coffee and I sip on my orange juice. He then gets up and puts a pair of shorts over his boxers "Noooo..." "You're insatiable..." he says getting out of our bedroom...he's not wrong, I've been so freaking horny the last few days... When he comes back he has a cake in his hands and he's singing softly 'happy birthday' to me "Awwww" "Make a wish" I close my eyes and think for a few seconds before blowing out the single candle on top of the cake "Do you like it?" He asks and only then I notice what's written on it "Oh my gosh..." "I take it you like it...now let's see how this tastes like..." He hands me a fork and we both dig in. We of course don't eat the whole cake, we put it away in the fridge once we've had enough.
"What's the plan for today? I don't remember...pregnancy brain..." "Our families and friends are coming over for lunch, unfortunately Carly texted me they won't be here cause Ethan is sick..." "Oh no poor baby..." "I know..." He goes on to tell me exact how the day is gonna go and that he'll leave soon to go grab what we ordered for lunch with Scott and they be back by the time everyone gets here. So I basically have the house to myself to get ready in an hour and a half...yeah I slept in and I deserved it cause it's my birthday! "I'll see you in a bit" he says pecking my lips and I wave at him as I watch him get out of the house. He must have woken up early this morning cause when I step outside I see that all the decorations we've got for the backyard are already in place, not that we got many things but...
So not having to worry about anything else I go back upstairs and shower, scrub my body and using my favorite lotion afterwards. I take my time with my hair and a bit of makeup and still in my robe I pick out a dress. I'm really glad that I was born in May cause most of the times it's sunny and warm outside, May 17th to be exact. Once my oil body lotion is dry I slip on my underwear and bra and then my dress, putting on flats too cause I don't really want my feet to boil or hurt today... While I wait for everyone to get here I scroll through my instagram to post and check out all the posts I've been tagged in.
