A/n Sorry for not posting yesterday I was spending some vacation time with family! I know this isn't long but hope it's still good! Hope you like this chapter and keep voting and commenting letting me know what you think!!!

After coming back from our Norway adventure we had a couple of weeks to organized today's things. We're going to our local hospital and visit some patients that with our foundation can get the medications and therapies they need. Scott is going to babysit Jade and the dogs.
The hospital was kind enough to reserve us a room and we'd be meeting a few doctors and nurses too. In our program there's adults, elderly people and kids, and we're glad that in the past couple of months we could help a lot of people. "Be good for uncle Scott" Chris says looking at both dogs and Jade. The dogs quietly bark at him and Jade smiles "Bye guys, see you later" I say before going out of the door with Chris.
The drive to the hospital took us about half an hour and once we parked the car and entered we've got welcomed by the hospital chief with a bright smile. "Mr and Mrs Evans welcome!" "Thank you and please call us Sofia and Chris" "Then I'm Malcom for you" We shook hands and then he made us follow him to the room where all the patients were already waiting for us. "Hi guys!" Chris and I say walking in "Hello!!!" Came a shout from all of them We took time to shake and hug each of them, their families included then we all sat down. "We're so happy to meet all of you today in person, I see some familiar faces and I'm glad to see you seem to be doing better already!" I say "Thank you for starting the organization, without it we would have never be able to pay for Lucas medication" Rosa says as she bounces her four year old boy on her hip "She's right. We're forever gonna be in debt with you" "There's no being in debt with us. We're doing this out of love for people and we understand that not everyone is as lucky as we are and we want to share that" "We're happy to help, in every way we can as Chris said"
We spent hours talking doing games and then we took each and every one of them in their respective rooms and spent some one on one time with them. We loved spending time with them and were already organizing another day like this during the holidays.
"Thank you so much for what you're doing for these people" Dr Malcom says "It's a true pleasure" "I'd like to formally invite you to the Christmas dinner and dance on December 20th. We're gonna have many important people coming in too and we'd like the two of you to make a speech about your organization hoping it inspires more people to do the same or donate" "We'd love to come" Chris says "Ill be sure to send the formal invitation to your team" "Thank you so much" "And thank you for letting us have a private space with all of them" "My pleasure, I'll let you go back to you kid, have a nice evening"
On our way back home we picked up a pizza to share and talked about how emotional today has been. We shared our story with those people and they all were so attentive on what we had to share and compassionate about it.

When we arrived home we found the dogs, Scott and had all asleep on the couch so we let them be while we got into comfier clothes and started to eat, we knew Scott and had already ate that's mainly why we let them sleep. "I'm happy we did this today" "It's a very humbling experience" Chris says before leaning in to kiss my lips "I can't wait to deliver them their Christmas gifts!" "I already can imagine the look on their faces"
