The Wither sickness, or 'sickness', started when Ivor made the Witherstorm. Everything was hectic. People splitted up into two groups.

Jesse’s gang was on the other side, going to the Order's base. The others who split up away from the base were where the Ocelots were. Then, the Witherstorm disappeared. No one knows where it went. Everything was fine, until you got outside. Mobs had shown signs of infection.

Their immune system is already weak, so they picked it up quickly, and it jumped to the last stage. The zombies get killed way easier to the infection than the others, especially enderman and creepers. The enderman and creepers seem to be way more hostile and more strong, killing and infecting corpses, turning them into mindless zombies. The corpses are the same as the zombies.

Soon after that, the shelter where the Ocelots and their group were found was discovered by 'them'. The Ocelots decided to ditch and run to a cave.

For a long time, other people managed to stay at the Order's base. Well, Jesse's gang and Petra at least. But it did get attacked multiple times.

The people and corpses infected are called the 'infected', or 'withered', you'll figure out why soon.

What are the stages of the INFECTION?

Early infection stage symptoms:

-Coughing and slightly raspy voice
-Turning pale
-Purple spots show

Alive person: When this happens, the person doesn't know it's the infection and thinks they're just sick.

Stage 1:

-Veins turn purple
-Losing voice
-Purple spots form even more rapidly
-Forgetful
-Getting more pale

Alive person: When a person reaches this stage, the person thinks it's them being overwhelmed, unaware that it's them losing themself. Their voice gets raspier, overlooking the sickness. The veins are increasingly obvious, and get more and more paler.

Dead person: The corpse turns pale, and veins cover their body, but it doesn't arise.

Stage 2:

-Purple spots become brighter and more noticeable
-Veins grow more on their skin
-Form slight amnesia

Alive person: When a person reaches this stage, the spots brighten, making it obvious they're not ok. Veins cover their skin, looking sickly, form amnesia, and forget a lot, confused often and forget people and self.

Dead person: The corpse's eyes show purple lines all over it, becoming white as a ghost, and forget everything but still in the resting form.

Stage 3:

-Black splotches slowly form
-Eyes turn purple slowly
-More hostile and aggressive
-Mild amnesia
-Horrid wheezing
-Voice is raspy
-Coughs up dark red blood

Alive person: When a person reaches this stage, they form black splotches, their eyes turning purple slowly, and rapidly growing hostility and aggression. They forget way more and forget memories rapidly. Whenever they wheeze or cough, they cough up dark red blood, unaware it's turning black slowly. Their voice is increasingly raspy, getting gravely as time goes on.

Stage 4:

-Severe amnesia
-Violent wheezing and coughing
-Black blood
-Dangerously violent and aggressive
-Withering organs

Alive person: When a person reaches this stage, they violently wheeze and cough black blood, not being able to stop for a while, withering from the inside. They get way more violent, killing people and being aggressive. They don't know anyone or anything, just knowing rage.

Stage 5:

-Becomes a mindless zombie
-Teeth sharpen

Alive person: When a person reaches this stage, they infect people and turn into a mindless zombie. Their teeth sharpen and can kill people easily.

Dead person: Wakes up, being insane.

When the skin decays off or hangs off, it's fully black and hard. Both can have multiple limbs and can extend them. They do things normal humans can’t do without dying. They can regenerate and grow more limbs.

Stage 6:

-Deform
-Decaying faster
-Blackening of organs and flesh

For both, they can grow long, pure black limbs and become a mindless zombie. They can feel everything, even after
