“There’s a cave! Over there!” Jesse pointed out, running over, Lukas following. Lukas finally catched up when Jesse froze. “What’s wrong?” Lukas asked, seeing Jesse frozen in place. “We went in a loop.” Jesse muttered. “What do you me-” Lukas asked before seeing the footprints.

It was the same cave Aiden and Lukas were staying at before they found Jesse. “HOW THE FUCK DID WE GO IN A LOOP!?” Jesse screamed with anger. Their eyes widened as they heard a creature teleport behind them.

“Lukas. The hell was that.” Jesse asked, seeing Lukas turned around to look at the creature. Lukas remained silent. Jesse turned around to see it too, seeing why Lukas was speechless. It was Gill.

He was infected, a huge scar across his chest with tentacles coming out of it, his face was messed up, his ribs poking out of his back. He was towering over them with giant limbs. Gill’s smile grew. Jesse immediately grabbed Lukas’s wrist and ran away as fast as possible.

They somehow managed to escape, Jesse only getting slightly injured. Jesse looked at Lukas, who was silently crying in pain. “Lukas, you okay?” Jesse asked. Lukas showed the giant scar on his leg. It was deep, nothing like some of the scratches Jesse had.

“Oh no...” Jesse muttered. “It’s going to have to be amputated, right?” Lukas questioned, looking at Jesse, who was biting his lip in fear. “I... I don’t know.” Jesse answered honestly. Lukas sighed,thenn began to say “Just do it-”

“Jesse?” The two’s attention switched to the voice. Their eyes widened.
