Ellie Meets Travis

Ellie's POV:
I have been at Taylor's house for 5 days. She has been so nice to me and Cora has been nice too. "Hey, Ellie! You're watching The Thundermans? I love that show!" Cora says. "Really?! I'm like obsessed with it." I say as Cora sits on the couch and watches tv with me. "Hey, what are you girls up to?" Taylor asks. "Taylor!" I say, running to her. "Hey honey." She says, hugging me. Taylor's doorbell buzzed and Cora runs to the door, "Travis!!!!!" She yells, happily. Taylor tried to go see Travis but I clung to her, "Don't leave please!" I beg her, crying. "Hey honey. Shhhh. I was just going to see my boyfriend. He'll understand that I can't leave you." Taylor said. Travis comes in the living room, "Everything okay, Tay?" He asked. "Yeah. Everything's fine. Ellie this is my boyfriend, Travis. Travis this is Ellie. She's staying here for a little while." Taylor says. "Hi Ellie! It's nice to meet you." Travis says. I wave and hide in Taylor's shoulder. "Shhh. It's okay." Taylor said, standing up and then swaying us side to side. "Deja vu, huh?" Travis said. "What do you mean?" Taylor asks. "You were exactly like this when I first met Cora." He said. "I guess I was." Taylor said, starting to laugh a little. "Taylor? I love you. Please don't let me go back." I say through my sobs. "Shhhh. I won't. I promise. I love you too honey." She said.
Taylor's POV:
I feel so bad that I don't pay as much attention to Cora as I do with Ellie. Cora's growing up but she still needs me and she's 10. Ellie however, she was abused at the orphanage, she's 8 and she's emotional and clingy. I love having clingy children.  I don't like the idea of them being alone. A couple hours passed and Ellie was starting to warm up to Travis. "Trav?" I ask quietly. "Yeah Tay?" He said. "I know she's clingy still but can you watch her while I give attention to Cora?" I ask. "Of course Tay." He says. I get up and walk up to Cora's bedroom and I knock on the door, "Hey angel? Can I come in?" I ask. "Yeah." She said. 
Coraline's POV:
Taylor had stopped paying attention to me ever since Ellie came. I was getting jealous but Ellie needed that attention. She's eight and doesn't have any parents. I have Taylor, Travis, my birth parents (who I don't want to see) and my siblings. Ellie has none of that. I was playing on my phone when Taylor knocked on my door, "Hey angel? Can I come in?" She asked. "Yeah." I say. "What's up?" I ask. "I wanted to give you some attention since all of my attention has gone to Ellie." She said. "I'm sorry. I will love you forever." She said. "It's okay Mommy. I get it." I say. "She's new, doesn't have any family. She needs you." I say. "Awww. Babes, you don't have to do that. I can give both of you girls my attention." She said. "I know Mommy but, Ellie's only 8 and doesn't have anyone. I have my siblings, my parents and which I don't even want to know them. But, Ellie doesn't have that." I say. "Okay babes. I want you to know that I will love you forever." She said. "I know mommy. I love you too." I say as she leaves.
Taylor's POV:
The talk with Cora went better than I thought. She wasn't jealous at all. I went back downstairs to the living room. I see Ellie on the couch in tears. Travis was sitting away from her. She saw me and ran over to me,"Taylor!" She said. "What's wrong honey?" I ask as I pick her up. "I-i-m-missed-y-you!" She says, starting to cry. "Hey. Shhh. It's okay. I'm right here. I was just talking with Cora. Shhhh." I say, swaying side to side with her sobbing in my shoulder. "You won't leave me?" She asked as her sobs died down. "I won't. I promise." I say. "Pinky promise?" She asked. "Pinky promise." I say as I wrap my pinky around her pinky. I carry her to the couch and put on The Thundermans. "I'm going to see if Cora wants to do a movie night. Okay?" I say. "Okay!" She said. I head upstairs to her room. "Hey, Babes. Do you want to do a movie night with us?" I ask. "Yeah!" She said. We go back downstairs and I sit in between the girls. The girls had fallen asleep and I was about to. "Tay, we should head to bed. You're about to fall asleep." Travis said. "Okay." I say. I pick up Ellie and carry her to her room while Travis carried Cora to her room. "Goodnight Ellie. I love you." I say quietly. I walk out of her room but I didn't close it in case she had another nightmare. I go to Cora's room, "Goodnight angel. Love you." I say.
