"Wake up!" I heard loudly in my ears.

I shot up. My head started to hurt from getting up too fast. I looked at my phone and saw Derek.

"How are you still on the phone?" I asked laying back down.
"Well yesterday we talked til 2 in the morning. Then you fell asleep on me while I was talking about my childhood," he said.
"Sorry!" I said instantly feeling bad.

"I'm kidding. You fell sleep because we had nothing to talk about anymore," he laughed.
"That's not cool. I felt really bad," I said in an upset tone.
"Sorry!" He apologized. I continued to ignore him to make him feel more sorry.

"Baby! I'm sorry," he said. I brought my phone to my face again.
"Baby?" I asked, and he cleared his throat.
"Well yea. You do act like one," he said.
"Nice save," I smirked.
"It wasn't a save," he said, and I glared at him.

"Let's meet today," I suggested.
"Isn't it kind of soon?" He asked concerned.
"I don't know," I shrugged.
"I'll come," he smiled, and I smiled back.

I ended the call to get ready. We only met yesterday, but I feel the connection. It feels like I've known him as long as I remember.

'"Babe, wake up!" Matt yelled hitting me in the face with a pillow.
"Hey!" I yelled.
"Sorry. Sometimes I forget your pregnant."
"Liar. It's been 9 months." '

That flashback played again and again through my head. When I had the 2 loves in my life.

I held back my tears, and got up to get ready. I looked at myself in the mirror, and mentally told myself to forget about the past.

I finished getting ready right before Derek arrived. I didn't plan on us going anywhere, but I wore a grey halter top with plain black shorts.

He texted me that he was at the front door. I rushed downstairs and opened it.

The only person who knew about Derek was Maggie. I didn't know how my parents would react since it's so soon. Matt's burial was tomorrow, so it's really soon. I just need to get over it.

"Hey Emily," Derek said pulling me into a hug. He's hotter in person.
"Hey," I said hugging him back.

"Who's here?" Nash said from behind me.
"Nash, Derek. Derek, Nash." I introduced them.
"How did you meet him?" Nash asked.
"Online," I said scared of what he might say.

"Don't worry. We aren't dating," I assured him.
"Okay. Well I'm gonna tell everybody here," he said trying to scare me.
"You're not scaring me. Go ahead," I said, and he nodded while walking away.

"You live with a bunch of guys?" Derek asked raising his eyebrows.
"Yea and one girl. But don't worry. They're all like brothers to me," I said.

He stepped inside the house, and I took him on a 'tour'.

"Wow, you have a big house," he said amazed.
"I guess you can call it big," I shrugged.

"Wassup my people!" Kian and JC yelled in unison, barging into the house.
"Who are you?" They both said referring to Derek.
"He's someone I met online," I said. Soon enough, everyone rushed downstairs.

"Introduce us," Kenny said.
"Okay. Well this is Kenny, Shawn, Hayes, Jack, Carter, Kian, JC, and you've already met Maggie and Nash," I said kind of embarrassed.

There were says of wassup and hey.

"He doesn't seem like the adventure type," Hayes commented.
"Hayes!" I scolded.
"No, it's okay. I don't exactly look like the adventure type, but trust me, I am," he said awkwardly.

"You're lying," Maggie said eyeing him up and down.
"And how would you know?" Derek sassed.
"My dad is an investigative police," she argued.
"Okay let's stop talking now," I said stopping the argument from going any farther.

We sat down on the couch in silence. Everyone stared at me and Derek.

"How about a movie?" I suggested.
"Sure," Derek agreed. No one other than him said anything.
"Okay then," I said standing up. I put on White Chicks and sat back down.

"Why this," Nash groaned.
"You never said anything," I stated.
"I like this movie," Derek said smiling.
"Dude seriously?" Hayes asked, and Derek slumped back into the couch.

We ended up watching White Chicks anyways.

"Let's eat," I said afterwards.
"Muffins?" Shawn asked.
"No we're gonna eat bagels," I chuckled. My smile turned into a frown. Bagels were Matt's favorite.

'"We're going to literally die," Shawn said freaking out.
"He wanted his muffins bad," Matt quietly said to me
"Like you wanted your bagels," I smirked.
"Whatever," he sassed.'

"Okay we can get muffins, too," I said as the memory played in my head.
"Yes!" Shawn cheered, and I laughed along with everyone else.

We went to the bakery and bought bagels and muffins.

"You were actually serious,"Kian said as his eyes widened. Only Shawn and I had gone in.
"Of course," I said.

We snacked on it in the car as we headed to chipotle. I ordered a bowl for myself while everyone else ordered for themselves.

"I'm going to hang out with the guys after this," Derek informed me as we found a place to sit.
"Okay. What are you guys doing?" I asked curiously.
"Bull riding," he stuttered.

"Bull riding?!" I asked raising my voice.
"I swear we'll all be safe," he assured me.
"Okay I guess," I said.

Derek went to sit down and eat with the guys, so I sat down with Maggie.

"It's just us for the rest of the day," I told her.
"Okay," she shrugged.
"Is something wrong?" I asked concerned.
"Me and Carter haven't been the closest. Of course it's my fault since I left him, but I don't know. I just regret it so much," she sighed.

We finished eating and headed to the cars. Maggie and I took her car while the guys somehow managed to fit in Nash's.

"What to do," I sighed plopping onto the couch.
"Let's listen to sad songs," Maggie said grabbing her laptop.
"Maggie, just talk to him. Tell him how you feel," I advised.
"I don't know," she said.

The doorbell rang, and I stood up to open the door. I didn't know who it could be since all of the guys were doing their thing.

"Sierra?" I said shocked.
"Emily," she said in a low voice.
